My sister and I have our first Adirondack Mtn vacation scheduled in July. 5 days to hike and kayak in a beautiful location. Our favorite hike is to a remote tarn where we swim, have lunch, play Scrabble, and read.

i know! I usually don't eat oysters either... I had ordered a farro salad with pea sprouts and butternut squash which was terrific. but the others were eating oysters and i decided to try .. (which the kids are always trying to get me to do in MV but I jave never liked them)
I can't even smell them.. ugh
