totally. One, big, strong piece, lol. It went well. The surgeon was a bit socially challenged, but not unkind. Lots of questions. And his decision is that the operation would be good for me. Now I enter the pre-stage of the operation. Meaning the shrink and the dietarian and the internist will see me and decide.
breath? Hah. Breathing is for the weak! I am a womanly woman!
surgeon wants me to lose 10 kg before the operation, btw. That is a LOT. But that is for making it less dangerous. So I will.

not at the losing weight... over here the surgeons put their patients onto the Optifast diet pre-op. Optifast make all sorts of VLC products ( very low calorie)
but i am cheering like fury here. i am so proud of you for going through with the visit.
ah, I think we call that Modifast. Here they don't want you to do that. Eating as 'normal' as possible is the goal. I am seeing a dietician on friday to help me.

the one I have is most of a sex party + have for dinner
oh sprite. at the occ rehab appt. the only chairs there were about average height, with the seat tilted down at the back. very uncomfortable. back started to spasm almost immediately. she asked me how long i could sit. and i quite truthfully answered how long have i been in this office?
