went to the dietician on friday, Liz, and she suggested I go on a carb-less regime. Her reasoning was very sound and I am giving it a go. If it works, I might not even need the operation.

very big, Liz. This is a special regime, to force my body to break down fat for fuel. I used to stay away from fat. Now I must eat fat, but stay away from all carbs. It means no bread, no crackers, no cereal, no potatoes, no rice, no pasta. Nothing sweet. No fruit.
which is why to this day i cannot abide milk in my tea, just a splash is more than enough.

it sounds very much like the diet i did after my first baby. but i alas went on to have two more. each time i lost the weight. then menopause hit, i through in the towel until i had my first knee surgery. lost all the weight, i was running, walking everywhere...then i fell.

now that the laws are loosening up here, things like Marinol and weed permits are easier to get. the docs are actually giving them out and not avoiding them at all costs due to the stigma that used to be attached to it.

I am always getting neck pain due to arthritis plus 3 heriated disks in my neck and I can tell you that a quality pillow can go a long way in helping

My printer has been dry for month. For my machine the black cartridge is 25 plus tax and the colour one is almost 50 dollars!

Sometimes the head on the cartridge gets gummed up and will give a false reading
gm, everyone. clean the heads on your printer. they could be clogged if you just replaced the cartridge.

Get this: had a student approach me asking advice on budgeting. says her budget is out of control. i asked her what she spent on groceries a month for her family of 3 and she said $350.00 every two weeks!!! $700/month for three people!!!!!! i said "well, you can start right there because with that much money you must eat like royalty!!" She then went on to say she usualluses 10 dollars a day at the coffee shop each morning and another 10 a day for take out pitas and subs for lunch... I had to try my best not to laugh..
