this rather dark and brooding pic is of Bonny Prince Charlie's monument at Glenfinnan, on the west coast of Scotland (on the A830 to malaig), while there isn't much to see it is a beautiful spot and marks the place of the highland rallying point for the jacobite rebellion of 1745. The loch is beautiful, just across the road is the visitor centre which has maps and items relating to the gathering and the rebellion, with the Viaduct in the background that was used in the Harry Potter films.
