Thanks
great clue, ru... many thanks NBT NBS
I didn't want to leave you in a piccolo ...er I mean pickle
LOL
it would go with ce5 perhaps?
strange instrumentation.........
but of course, not in a marching band....
It wouldn't be a parade without the fi5 with a rider playing the fi4
nbt nbs but I used a2z
I'd like to see those five c's in a parade.....
that might cause a blood cl4
I think the band leader would string them along erda
it just might
but of course, ruru
but if he kicked them out it might lead to violince
triple groan
then he would have to worry about the ho4 on the fo4 of the fi5
ha
(oh, a pun,......I missed it...)
Very good, harp.
btw 7 was ce 7
oc 6 x 2
missing two f's

Too many hugs, I'd guess
*poofing with hugs* I am off till the flip!
Sleep well, Dee and hugs
we have just watched joss whedon's Much Ado About Nothing. very, very good
sweet dreams dee
and to you, rose and liz :)
Never seen it. Glad you enjoyed it.
I mean, I've seen Much Ado - but not Joss Whedon's
it's in black and white, and set in the present. but the dialogue was straight from shakespeare.
I'll look out for a repeat. What channel?
on dvd.
Ah! OK - well perhaps in the DVD shop.
love that version!
and I love that it has so many Whedonverse folks
and I just realized that you have already all left... ;-(
jbp, have been flicking in sporadically. no-one was talking.
ah. well i was just passing thru and I saw mention of my fave version of much ado
isn't it amazing?? we both loved it.
especially Agent Colsson. ;-)
and to think they just shot it over a weekend at his house!
oh, yes. we both had a surprise at him.
well, it's always good to hear that someone shares my keen cultural tastes. ;-)
i know, jbp. the whole film is so good.
well, i must to bed; it's a million o'clock here
have you ever seen shakespeare in love?
oh yes, and it was good
but it was no Whedonesque wonder
anyhoo...hope to be back at a saner hour
sleep well, jbp. xoxox
Can anyone clue the ce7 please?
CE + I was once ***t now I am found..+ two vowels.
Thanks zoom!
Welcome :-)
Good day, mates.
Good morning.
Hi Sukee
Hi scrabs, seems like a quiet morning.
Yes. Usually Rose and Sprite are here.
and back. sprite prolly won't be in. she has stuff happening. how are you two friends doing today?
Hi Rose. I'm good, looks like it'll be another nice day today.
spring well and truly there then. how lovely!
Right now it is 2C but it is supposed to get warmer. I even don't mind if it rains later.
I am glad my on call night is almost over--officially over at 8. I slept uninterrupted overnight. Yay!
yay indeed scrabs. i know that doesn't happen often.
This grid is no fun.
I just discovered that, stuck at 51 left.
may i help you?
Probably not yet :) I am going to make some breakfast.
np's sukee
Thanks for the offer :)
92 left and not seeing anything.
do you have the ce7?
Yes, when I came in I saw Zooz's clue from a few hours ago.
how about the af6/27
Nope
*fingers zipped* unless you can change my mind....lol
Oh, yes, I will accept a clue, Rose.
just changed my mind. * giggle*
Good morning, everybody:)
Good morning!
af6. af*, the back of a ship + Over Size + vowel. use the capitals
ohhh. {{crossy}} and {{car.ee}}
ty Granny
afstern??
((rose))
Hi Car and Crossy
TY for the clue, Rose. Odd word.
Howdy, Scrabby
found it, ty:)
crossy, please read the clue again....lol
ahhh, good man.
Getting a tea into me now. Yhings shall improve:)
things
enjoy your cuppa, mate
mmmm Tea and toast. Am splurging this month ad factored real butter into the budget:)
Am tired of the chemical nightmare that is margarine these days:)
ohhhh, i haven't had real butter in years....gimme a bite.
Stats please for the top row O?
I passed halfway and must get ready for work. Bye kids. Enjoy the day.
tc, scrabby
looking along with you, car. thing must be a babblet
i believe they are 2 oc 6
ty ivesy
yw
one is a odd word, and the other is an animal
oc6/21. o + prison c*** + vowel
g'day ivesy
Another amazing day today:)) we are in full spring mode. it is 7C already, and we are looking forward to a glorious high of 17C and full sun:))
nice crossy. sukee was saying the same.
lol. yesterday, after classes, i went out to the parking lot and we were all standing around like prisoners recently released from solitary confinement. Everyone had their faces turned up the the heavens. We were all just soaking in the sunshine
oh i know that feeling. you do know we are descended from chickens, don't you?
Actually we are descended from mud:)
and in all those millions of years of evolution not much has changed;)
nope chickens. we need sunlight on our retinas in order to perform properly...just watch out where you aly that egg!!
lol
ty for the O words!
yay car.ee. well done honey.
When the world finally gets rid of us humans, the universe can only hope that the dolphins or the bees get a crack at the top job. I am sure they will do much better with things.
yeah, crossy. i'm with you....or rather the dolphins and bees...
or perhaps things will go like Douglas Adams predicted:)
Things I think of when not fully awake:)
crossy, don and i watched a dvd today. joss whedon's Much Ado About Nothing. it was absolutely fabulous.
i shall have to look it up
he did it in black and white. the dialogue was all shakespeare.
Ahh; thought it had a Shakespearean ring to it
I am still trying to get over my 2 month visit with Othello for my university English course
*smacks crossy's hand* naughty man...and you a literature student.
I only visited Shakespeare the once. perhaps I will do so again, but not for a while:)
The I did a full report on William and 6 of his contemporaries... that was nasty
Thomas Kyd, ben Jonson and the gang
Funny thing is that the entire lot of them, all the most influential playwrights of the age, every single one of them operated within a 5 mile radius of each other and all generally drank in the same pub
Many of them wrote for each other and even acted a part in another's play
One of them, i cannot remember which, was so impoverished at the time of his death, that when buried at the local church, he was buried upright in a standing position in a 18x18 inch burial space
wow, crossy. really? how interesting!
and even that 18 inch space had to be donated;)
so sad an ending for one of our literary greats.
They all, almost without exception died penniless and unappreciated
that is so sad, crossy.
One, again I cannot remember which again, did have a royal stipend, but he was the exception.
60P a year and a cask of wine a month I believe
anyways, did not mean to put eveyone asleep droning on about those boys. Must head to class. Take care all, and happy babbling!
Very interesting! TY Crossy! HAGD
enjoy your day. and i think it was pepys who had the royal stipend
gm, everyone! tadone! fun grid, a few odd balls of course.
WTG LBDAWGER!!!
i think i need to go to bed. xoxox to you all.
*Considers a protest because Enable will not accept hooley*
sweet sleeps, Rose
hooley, what is it?
It's an Irish slang word for party, celebration or good time. And before anyone says that Enable does not accept slang words...arvo
hello dear friends
Trif!
Let's have a hooley here today in celebration of a grid that isn't
CAR!!! Foof is in the grid today!!!!
LOL
♪Sisters♫Sisters♪There were never such devoted sisters♫
Good idea Bich, the bar is open
I'm in!
Clue please for TO 5/14?
All I have is to 5 10s, sorry
It has to be with a y ending
CO 5/13 or CO 6/21 would also be welcome....
5/12
Top A or O?
There is a bar in New York (The Dead Rabbit) that sells a shot of 1951 Knappouge Single Malt Irish Whiskey for $250. They also sell one of my favorite t-shirts that says I'D RATHER BE SOMEONE'S SHOT OF WHISKEY THAN EVERYONE'S CUP OF TEA
AF 6/27
OC 6/21 x 2
I want one of those!
I had a shot of whiskey last night....
OK...I found the CO 5/12
Atta girl
and I found the A and one of the O's, the animal
And now the CO 6/21
WEll done Josephjames
so....more mean girl shenanigans going on at work...can't decide whether to ignore or confront
co workers or students?
co worker
:(
Can you ignore it?
of course, anything can be ignored....don't want to look like a clueless airhead though
i have a co6/21 that is just a plural of a 5/12
Yup, that was the one I need but found
But, as we know, sometimes NO reaction is the BEST reaction.
Unfortunately, ignoring can be taken as a sign of approval
I agree, molly. I am so done with this nonsense.
and I also agree with Car
Mostly I just want to tell the offender that I know what she did, and I dont' appreciate it.
Sadly, some people never mature past the age of 12
Im so tired of being everyone's punching bag
clue for the top row a please?
rear of boat + I had a champagne Mim*** with my brunch
The first three of not before + the last three of Parks, civil rights woman
thank you!!!
*Pours Car a glass of champagne (why waste good orange juice?)
and the k pelase?
Ty ma'am!
Acck! Have just been informed that I am to be the substitute teacher for today!
ka 4/11 and ko 4/8
never mind....ty for psychic clue
that happened to me yesterday, crossy - you will be fine
get a good lesson plan!!!
Have it ready:))
<--- would love to have Crossy as a teacher!
sentence editing, structured paragraphs, and, if time allows they can work on their novel study in the afternoon
lol, ty car;)
actually, that is what set my coworker off - I was asked to sub, she wasn't, and she was PISSED. grumped at me all day. And then completely excluded me from a meeting this morning, on purpose, by not telling me it was happening. nice lady
I can't find my last two words and I am getting pissy.
Stupid lady.
I know it, trif. here we have a overload of recently graduated teachers. they fight like wild dogs for sub slots
You can be a sub for a decade before finding a full-time slot
That is why many take the extra course to teach in the far north in first nation schools
I get that
I like subbing. you get to work with a full range of students, and the work rarely gets dull, as it changes. No parent teacher conferences, grade books, IEP meetings, or boring faculty meetings to attend. Lack of benefits and shit pay are definite downsides, though
indeed;)
i am doing a unpaid internship as it were;(
ugh
OK...I need help...TO 5/14 please?
oh dear....someone had baked beans for breakfast today, it would seem.....gonna be a LONG day
ugh
I wish we could write letters home about this sort of thing...."Dear Parent - please choose your child's breakfast items more carefully...."
Did you see the FB post about detentions? LMAO
I DID!!! My favorite was the muggle one
FIREWORKS!
huzzah for car!!!
CE7?
ce + Win, ***e, or Draw + 2 vowels
Thanks
Trif...made a great, super easy breakfast casserole for dinner last night. I can give you the recipe if you would like.
Any other clues needed before I get to work?
OK then! HAGD everyone! {{group}}
Could I get a clue for co6, please?
sorry I meant fo6, please?
fo 6/27 another word for Autumn but change the second letter + "what ** your name?"
good morning everyone, back for last 13 I gave up on last night
hi flosey
hi flosey!
sorry but the second letter has to an 'o'
that's what the clue says, change the second letter
but it is a fo word how can I change the second letter
change the second letter of another word for Autumn
Marc...if you have the second fo5/16...add cons in the middle

Hi Saan
beautiful morning flosey
yes, hurrying to finish, going over to Duncan today to see accountant, sign our ICT forms and off to Gov't. then a nice lunch in a new (to us) restaurant
well at least there is a reward to all that work! Enjoy the trip
tks, I'll let you know if it's as good as recommended in case you're ever visiting Duncan
thanks, much appreciated
I think the beginning of that word means to the rear of the ship
fw! last word sl5/16 - don't believe I've ever heard it! monkeyed it
congrats!
ty and bye for now, have a great day
Now i get to babble while the kids work on their assignments;)

Good morning, y'all!

Hey Judi

Lol
HAHA!
The other oc is a cat
ty
I don't get the oc stringed instrument clue.
Like what Yo Yo Ma plays with a different last letter
O + multi smaller than basses
Ty.
I wonder if kids in school called him yo mama in school
Okay, you get a groan for that.
Like kids in Indiana say "Hoosier daddy?"
hello
And a groan for Judi!
'Lo Fan
Hiya, MLF!
hi hego
hiya judi
<---does not like this grid
*wonders if the grid's feelings ever get hurt*
I heard it sniffle
People are constantly commenting on it's "teeth"
I have no sympathy for the grid.
Grid to shrink: all i did was put scowder in there and judi went nuts
It only has one, Molly.
Judi is merciless
True
Oh pity the poor grid. How would you like to be supplied by an outdated, ridiculous word list like Enable?
2nd column A?
it's the af 6 27 that we have had before.
Not beforsa
good clue!
lol! That works!
see that
Geesh. My icon finally changed after about 30 refreshes.
PHantom: savant
ty
Judi, the cartoon is the current one?
Yes.
I must go do something or another. Later All.
Look out bill
:) Poof!
*Flushes mind out*
I too must go earn a living. Later! *POOF*
Saint Molly...
Who me? Nope, I'm just an all around pain in the neck. : P

Has a double letter
NM
good morning everyone -- missed the flip last night (dinner theatre night)
Howdy, cybernan;)
hi all. help with ce7 pls
looking, peri
I found it but don't know how to clue it
ends in two vowels
it is a ce 7/32 and tough to clue. it is a spiky flowering plant
it is a flowering plant
stats for the lone a, please?
af6/27
ty - never see that one and there used to be a potter's supply house in Los Angeles by that name.
Named after foot and mouth disease?? : O
when we have so many foreign words accepted, I think fois should be one of them!
I don't know about that, molly, but I used to get their catalogues all the time when I had my pottery business
stats for the bottom f, pls
fi 4/10
ty nan
there are a lot of babblets in this little grid
to 5/14, please?
or the cl 5/18?
cl5/18 is what a palate might be
have that one, ty molly -- looking for the 2nd cl 5/18
and the to 5/14
my last two
change the vowel in the cl
to includes adverbial ending
nm - got the cl
Same word, different vowel
ty molly and looking grant, ty
to5 ends like the A word before nitrite
no idea what the word before nitrite is
Starts with am, it's an inhalant
still don't know
Maybe you are more familiar with the iso word that comes before alcohol. That ends the same way
not that one either, molly
id**ls of the king
Starts like a highway fee + sometimes vowel + consonant
ty -- grant and molly -- have it now! still don't know the alcohol or nitrite related words though
*!* ta da *!* - thanks for the help
yw
on my way - hagd everyone
amyl and isopropyl
can i get a clue for the 7 please?
nevermind, found the clue down there
hello everybody
I just "walked the garden" with my neighbor and it's wonderful!
Nice spring day ruby
glad you got to show off your handiwork!! :-)
Well, that was an interesting day. Crossy, the substitute teacher. Who would have thunk it? lol
((ruby))
Nice, ruby. if you have someone to love, a garden, and a bookcase full of books, you have everything you need;)
well, that and and a bag full of cash:)
and a good internet connection and cable TV
That pretty much covers it, crossy, and the dogs make the difference!
lol
Yes, cannot forget the puppies
aaah, yes, cable for English-language programs.
Since DH is deaf, he reads the subtitles, otherwise, I could watch French programs, as well
When I go outside, especially if I'm with a friend, the pups put on a real show, cavorting and chasing.
Time to go. Good night everybody
Bon Soir
{{bichon}}
There were a lot of "drop-ins" today and I'm poo[ed
You need a secretary to manage your day planner for you; someone to run interferance
co 5/18, pls
nm
af 6? please
nm
Silo
opposite of beforsa
(hi)
Ooo, Harp is being clever
just plagiarizing, but thank you!
Well, at least you admit to it
...waits for it...
I"d give credit but I have no idea who said it.
No, I was waiting for the "7 original ideas" line
oops
fo6?
Fo6 ends like a tr word that is what roses grow up and over
thanks!
evening all! babble server seems much more stable today
Maybe it was off it's meds
Hello to my fellow babblers! How is everyone doing today?
By the way, congratulations to all the finishers! Way to go!
Hi Min, nice to see you here.
Hi MollyL! How are you? Nice to see you also. It is my third day in a row here this week. Considering my limited time, that is like a marthon for me. Might even do a story later.

Hello Book Doctor Gwen! How are you?Welcome to the grid
Hi Min! How are you doing?
hi and bye, long day, calling it a day, or a night, whatever. toodles
Hi & bye,
Gwen
Sorrt; not sure how that happened
(I need to learn how not to try to chat while my long-winded friend is on the phone telling me Every detail of her too long day!)
Hello Nef!How are you doing today? Welcome to the chog.
Hi Min! How are you doing these days?
I am doing well Nef.Spring is finally here and am loving it!
I'll be happy when the weather settles down.
(actually, we had 2 nice days in a row; It may be improving now)
It is going to be 75 here in New York on Saturday. Yippee!
Wow! It's been up to 70 this past week for a day, but the wind was really strong that day.
And then the next day was cold & rainy; now yesterday & today were nice; but it clouded over this evening and feeling like rain.
the weather has been changeable here too, it's awfully hard to plan anything outdoorsy, even clothing is hard to plan lol
Yes. And they are predicting rain & maybe some snow on Saturday (we need the rain; but they can keep the snow!0
we had no snow here, all over scotland had snow except here
Beautiful picture icon, jacq!
thank you, i can't remember the name of it but it was where Bonnie Prince Charlie gathered the clans before Culloden, not too far from the viaduct that featured in those wizard films (sorry my memory is really bad today, along with balance lol) with the steam train
Well, you did post the info in your profile, jacq; so don't fret about it too much. (I can't remember to chat in the right box tonight; so I'm not much better than you!)
it's quite scary losing my memory like this, things i took for granted like phone numbers and birthdays, if they aren't written down they are gone, same with appointments etc
Was hoping to get my last nine words, but I must go to bed
i got bank charges because i completely forgot to pay bills
night night Minver x
Goodnight to all babblers! I will see ya whenever I see ya!
jacq, do you have a medical reason for that? Or are you like most of us people who try to do too many things at once & therefore can't remember anything?
Good Night Min! I'm sorry I'm not connecting well with you tonight!
I have Fibromyalgia, they say the memory loss is because of that but it's all short term memories so i don't know, i forget what i'm saying half way through a sentence, things like that
well then you'll always be interesting with something to say jacq
Okay. There you go; you already know that much (& it's more of an excuse than most of us "mature" folk!)
LOL Dorens i have had some interesting moments, that's true, i had a small argument with the doctor about my age, i was so sure i was 48, he assured me i was 49, somewhere i lost a whole year lol
I try to lose years all the time.. not a big deal!
LOL! I've totally forgotten how old I was when I was over-stressed at one point
thankfully it wasn't one of the years my grandchildren were born
(That's why I finally retired; just too much stress made me feel crazy)
stress is an awful thing to deal with and it can make you really ill. Can i ask what you did Nef?
poor you Jacq. i empathise totally. my FM has been playing up really badly.
you have Fibro too Rose? gentle hugs xx
I'm an RN, jacq. I was running a prenatal clinic in a women's resource center; and dealing with my DH (who has M.S.) and our daughter-in-law (now EX-DIL) is bipolar and they were living with us because my son was laid off.
when i go in for my infusion therapy the admissions clerk hands me a 3 page form to fill out. FM brain fog does not help at 6:30am.
Oh, My, No, grannyrose! A potor 2 of coffee, maybe, but still....
gentle hugs for you too jacq. it's a beast of a disorder.
oh gosh Nef, that's a lot of stress, family issues are the worst i think, so hard to deal with the emotions too, I know exactly how you feel Rose, ever since October last year it's been one flare up after another
next time i am going to take a print out of my history with me. that way i don't have to think.
My youngest sister (actually half sister) has FM. I'm not sure how she managed.
THat's what I try to do with my hubby, rose.
it's funny but i hadn't even heard of it and when i told my family and friends i was suddenly aware of all these people locally who had the illness and hadn't spoken about it to anybody for fear of being mocked
Isn't it sad that people treat it that way?
have the family issues been sorted out now Nef? not good if that carries on too long, carers are always neglected (by themselves too) hugs for you too xxx
one of my daughters refuses to accept that it causes problems, she said she went to a website about FM and there were al these women who were working full time and doing all sorts of running etc after work. I would love to have some of their meds LOL i have a stairlift...
at 50 too.. sounds tough
DH has cognitive issues and his MS symptoms are up & down. Sone is now divorced; & he & his son (my beautiful 5 year old grandson) live about 5 minutes from here & grandson goes to school just 2 blocks away. He's here usually 1 night a week (he LOVES walking to school with me in the AM!)
it's a two-edged sword, jacq. because it hasn't been talked about, and not a whole lot of research made public about it, when dealing with a claim through insurance, they cannot connect your acute pain and a flare up of your FM.
I have vibralmylegga
it's the pulling someone's leg disease
<Groan> Ruru, that's bad.
:D
oh dear LOL
it depends on which area your own FM is most vicious.everybody is NOT the same, jacq. it's a pity your daughter cannot see that. up until may 2013, i was still working 3 x 10 hour shifts/week.
What is that atavar of, ruru? I can't enlarge it; so it looks kind of scary to me
it's not scary .. just sad
same here Rose, i was in the care sector doing home care and managing to keep that up even in pain but eventually you can't pretend any more. If it wasn't for the meds i would be a screaming wreck lol
what area did you work in, rose? (you're a nurse, right?)
critical care, recovery room
rose is currently a candy striper for her husband .. lolly pops and all
i was also part of the emergency response team.
oooh can i have a lolly please??
*chuckling* ruru, you are very, very bad... but i like it.
*innocent look*
*blinks*
MS is an awful condition Nef, that must be exhausting, what sort of support do you get?
:-D WOOT! I worked 34 years in CV-ICU (until my on the job foot injury; when I ended up having 3 surgeries & can't be on my foot for more than 2 hours anymore
fail!
btw, did you collect all your {{hugs}} last night?
at a time
my hugs?
oh Nef that's so hard to deal with
yup, ruru, everyone sent you hugs, but you had already gone.
oh.. missed them I guess
I've gotten to like hugs again in my life actually
go into the archive Ruru, hugs are always needed
WHat happened that everyone was sending him hugs?
ouch, nef. it's so hard to down-grade after crit care isn't it? i guess we must all be adrenaline junkies....lol
I would think that critical care would be an exhausting job and very stressful
nef, ruru was being cheeky, and so we (ahem, read i ) decided he needed some hugging.
I planned on working ICU until I died, rose. I was a CCRN for 25 years; taught hemodynamics, etc. I loved it. But; after a bit of a bumpy trail, I did love prenatal care too
ruru, it's the challenge. no day is the same. and no patient responds the same.
brb
I've never been in a hospital myself as a patient
I never found it stressful though. I had my 1 or 2 patients who got the best care I could give; & I always kept them alive through my shift & usually improving when my shift was over.
*stands with bedpan at the ready* here mr ruru, just lift your bottom a little higher.
(Did that sound right? They were improving from my care; NOT because I was off!)
*giggle* nef
I was wondering there nef
He needs a gown rose! ;-)
oh, yes, one of those backless numbers. coming right up.
speaking of cheeky
LOL!
which do you want, ruru? the pretty blue one or the pretty pink one?
Give him the one that's too small and the strings are missing, rose!
don't make it a short gown
well let me see.....*rummaging through the pile* there's lots like that, nef. take your pick
ruru, you have no choice on length
how about the number with velcro shoulders. perfect for breast feeding.
*Most* gowns usually come to your mid-thigh; some are longer though
Perfect rose!
ROFLOL
(Just make sure the velcro is fairly worn, though. We can't let him be TOO modest!
Those velcro ones are great for IV's & PICC Lines, rosr. Which arm do you want (I'll take the other one)
oh, i thought i would use a foot vein.
did i mention i have a mean streak to my caring nature?
Oooh! A Challenge! Go for it! ;-)
strange!! how quiet ruru has gone!!
My family thinks I do too, rose.
Hey! Where did ruru go? (Did we scare him off?)
i think he is ignoring us with the contempt we don't deserve....
Hey, ruru! Come back! (We don't have any defib paddles or anything - painful you know
oh, nef. you know he would love the paddles
I promise I won't start your IV with potassium in the line.
oh nef, you old softy
I was chasing candy stripers
I forgot, rose. He probably would; but he wouldn't want us to use them correctly, would he?
paddles? woooo
see??? i told you so
oh dear. shall we give him a jolt?
just a few kilojoules, nef. just give him a tingle
Rooossseee, that's no fun!
oh, my. i never saw anyone's hair do that before? is it supposed to smoke?
Ummm, not really. RURU, are you okay!!!?
now she asks him!!
LOL you two are crazy in the nicest way, just back from dropping my coffee mug and cleaning up the mess and back to this hilarity, thank you xxxx
LOL!
It's easy to have fun with pretend work. :-) Part of the black humor of nursing, I guess
wb jacq
yes i would imagine on the hardest of days there has to be a spark of humour or the day would suck you in
glad we were able to make you laugh, jacq.
i try to laugh at least once a day Rose, even if it's just at the daft things like falling into the tub while cleaning it LOL
One of the funniest/scaryest things I've ever seen was during a code situations. The patient's heart had stopped and we were doing CPR on him, he went into V. tachycardia (the rhythm that we can shock them out of) and the young hot-shot doc who thought he was God grabbed the paddles, yelled "clear!" (which means nobody touch the patient or bed) and he shocked the patient.
oh, dear jacq. i can quite imagine. i am fortunate that i have my don. he has the same quirky sense of humour as i do. we make each other laugh.
But he hadn't checked if HE was clear; and he had a couple of IV fluid lines running across his groin area (he'd stepped into that area of the bedside). All of a suddne, he's bent over & yells "I fried my Ba**s! Another RN asked him : Do youhave kids?
LOLOLOL
ROFLOL that is too precious!!
i can imagine that news travelling round the whole hospital LOL
I don't think I ever saw him grab the paddles away from a nurse again!
jacq, that's the first time I've ever told that one; & it's been over 30 -35 years
strange that!! sometimes it takes a situation like that to make them grow up and become a good doctor.
yep
My husband Angus (Angie) is my rock, he helps me in so many ways and i couldn't manage without him. I make sure he knows every day that i appreciate him but he just says "In sickness and in health" and that he loves me
