I had great difficulty becoming vertical this morning. My alarm went off at 6 and 30 minutes later I got out of bed.

I hate days when i struggle to get out of bed. It only happens to me seven days a week.

it is one tooth right in the back. it is positioned totally sideways and is butting up right against the next tooh. it has never been an issue for me, but now it has a cavity, and cannot be filled like other normally positioned teeth
