first of all, no longer a high mortgage. Then, a smaller house, no stairs. Right at the water and where the canoes live, so easy access to canoeing. More nature. To name a few.

lolol heck no sweetie. Right now, it doesn't have anything. It is just a part of the clubhouse. Rob wants to put in a separation wall, then make us each a small bedroom, a commumal living room and tiny kitchen. Bathroom not, we would use the one of the clubhouse.
not my idea of free living, lol. But there is another option, which would be buying a ... oh dear, no idea what that is called. Hold on.
kind of a mobile home, but then not really mobile. In that case, we would have our tiny bathroom at least.

Hi Crossy and sukee. We had a tornado warning yesterday morning. It rained VERY hard for almost an hour. Local schools went into "shelter-in-place" mode.

A tornado warning is very rare here. We just do not have the geographical topography for it. However, 2 years ago we did get a small F2 touch down in Thornbury just down the highway.
A tornado did not occur but the weather guys saw the risk. My cell phone sounded a weather alert, a new sound for me.
One good thing about living between the base of Blue Mountain and the Shores of Georgian Bay, is that tornado's do not climb mountains very well and on the other side they are pretty water spouts:)

I have seen 4 water spouts in my 21 years here on the bay. Shows how rare they are.
It was a lesson in what folks in the midwest experience--the fear of a possible tornado.

Whoever is here, please pass along that I saw the oncologist and what I have is metastasized breast cancer in my liver. The plan, thus far, is a biopsy right away and then a long period of chemo.The lesion is very mall and the doctor was hopeful that it could be well-treated.
If I wasn't such a nice guy, I would say p**s on you.

Quick question for anyone who knows: I had cataract surgery in both eyes a couple years ago. Now it's time for a checkup. Will my eyes be dilated as usual in eye exams, or does the cataract surgery mean I don't have to have them dilated? I wouldn't usually ask something like this in our chog, but I seriously can't find an answer on the internet.
