Funny thing but off topic; When they gave me my full, final transcript along with my diploma and certificates, I saw they added all the original high school marks from the 70's up until 1980--Is odd seeing all those 50's and 60's followed by a string of 90-97% marks over three decades later;) Feels good, but looks odd on paper;)
I did not know they were going to dredge up those old marks:)

I saw a family yesterday. Between the parents they have 10 kids. But some are with their Mom and then they visit on weekends, and some visit their Dads on weekends. 4 different last names. All of the kids have behavior problems.
EVERY class I took or worked as a T.A in had at least 3 pregnancies going on at any given time.
Of course they do--no stability.
Then again, Sarah Palin's daughter is pregnant again, with a different guy. And she get paid thousands of dollars to lecture on abstinence.
It is so sad. I want to have my own orphanage and take in so many kids. They need security, structure, rules, exercise, no screen time, expectations, consequences,...

actually, I heard an interview where the producers consider the visual depiction of Hogwarts a huge failure, because it changed so much with each director. I hadn't thought of it that way, but they have a point - there is no one building you can see and immediately recognize as "Hogwarts" - like you can with Cinderella's castle, or the Eiffel Tower

I recall seeing the preview of HP1 and having goosebumps. Hogwarts came alive and it was magical!

Well, sadly, it is all about the money after this. Continuing on at the college level for what I want is 10K min+ cost of books etc, however my first novel is nearly done and I have submitted stories to a publisher in new York. i also do freelance copy editing work on the side

I do not even care about the money atm. just need to get my name out there to as many as possible. i do that by producing quality edit work.

it is harder than people think to write intentionally with another voice so the reader will never know the difference.
