it is pretty much a self-regulating process. As soon as you take too much or the wrong stuff, you feel ill or in pain. Same with eating too fast. Eat slowly, chew well, that is what works. For me anyway.
And no one knows your body better than you.

oh it isn't worry that triggers it, it is the actual trauma and narcose. It is no biggie. It will pass, I knew it would be like this.
I guess I don't know much about it but assumed that worry, like any stress might just add to it.
it depends on the trauma that caused the ptsd, I think. Triggers for me are violence, powerlessness, physical trauma, being hurt physically, and loud noise.
OK. Well, I still hope it improves.

lollll. apart from his wife....8 children, their spouses, their kids and kids of the kids. we had 190 people to cater for.
I knew there were loads of people but didn't know if it was just community and friends or whether there was also close family.
I'm sure that they really appreciated how smoothly it all went.

All went very well. Only concern is the scabs not healing quickly enough. She's been told to use Vitamin E cream to help them soften. And she's lost another kg.
I chatted to her earlier this evening.

yeah. vitamin E cream is the best.
I told her that she should be feeling good about herself!
Now she can start eating and accustom herself to her new routine with food.
such an adventure for her. just to see her body change before her eyes. bless her

Annie, the whales often calve in this area too. So we've seen some real young ones - still having dolphin colouring rather than whale colouring.
