yw rbud
such a funny word :)
I only know it 'cos it rhymes with my surname!!!
poodge?
Nope, Goodge!!!!
LOL
great surname
anyone get the 7 yet?
i see it. no 7. ok ty will see if i see it.
no7/40, a plural
*!* ta da *!* -- got hung up on a couple of the weird ones
having more trouble finding 6's, lol - 30 left and still only have 2 of them.

good night everyone

ty, ro4! :)
yup, what my bros called me when they were bubs.
cute
well i give up. dont see the 7. have 3 6s. all are plural or not near an s.
mkg, no6, uses double vowel, finishes with middle bit of le***r, book for account keeping
oh my i got it granny. and i use that word a lot but never saw it spelled out. ty ty ty
wait a minute,,,,,,,,i think it is spelled iwth a U rather than the double vowel. hmmmm.
*giggle* xoxox mkg. now plural it, sweetie
mkg, this is the Yiddish version, it's a noun for an annoyinng person
g'day jwr
the person who does the old Monty Python bit with the elbow in the ribs: wink, wink etc.
Hi grannyrose how's your day
fireworks!
very warm, and quiet. DH was out for most of the afternoon.
WTG AARONSMOM!!!
hi and congratulations aaronsmom.
thank you
how has your day and evening been jwr?
That's good, rose - you don't get enough of days like that
you got that right, jwr. today is the only day this week where i don't have to go out.
I forgot to go to bed today so I'm about to take a shower and head for work.
Did that confuse you? It did me. And isn't woozle a word
oh dear jwr. did you deliberately forget?
me4 an old night-nurse, jwr. i know what it is like.
no, I got really busy arguing/discussing the San Bernadino shootings on an ethics blog. Things got heated.
Ah, you DO know! (and tvm for the clue!)
*giggle* jwr. are you a night-nurse?
I answered your question in an email Rose
me4? besides the kitty noise?
me 5 more kitty noises
me4/9, uses high point tile
I was - all through the 80s on the world's first dedicated AIDS unit. Then this "managed care" came in and the hospitals became businesses .... and the patients came last ... and I lost the use of some body parts (mainly my brain, I think)
and for the past 20 years I've trained volunteers on the national HIV nightline and work the crisis (suicide) hotlines when needed.
*giggle* jwr. that's why i moved into recovery room work.
i dips me lid to you jwr. i simply6 could not do what you do.
Understood. All of the nurses who came off that ward could do anything. (the doctors pretty much did the diagnosing and left the rest to nursing staff).
wow.. you moved up more notches in my estimation jwr
No dipping necessary, you old Cockney you. We all do what we want to and what we're comfortable with. I couldn't hack med school but many nurses transitioned to doctorhood.
poor DH. he has has an EKG, a stress echo t5est done. and THEY SHAVED HIS CHEST HAIR OFF. poor man is suffering terribly. the areas are red, lumpy and itchy. i have him applying aloe vera gel.
Good grief, ru. What notch did I start on???
oh.. you were already up there a bit.. now you've moved up more
you're not at UNE status though.. she's a saint
how about flosey, ruru? or jillibus ??
watch out for the lower lumpy areas Rose
lolll... thanx dear man, you never let me down.
oh.. flosie is a sweetheart.. and Jilli is way up there too.. both great people .. jilli is sharp as can be
Oh ru, when you get do my age you've done it all. All you have to do is stick it out. (grin)
I really enjoyed cooking for them
get to your age? what age is that?
I thought you were younger JW? Am I wrong?
Poor guy. I've known men who were prouder of their grizzly bear chests than the hair on their head.
I'm laughing ru. Yes, I did just pass 75, but my two best friends are both over 80 and way more active than I am.
wow.. that's amazing.. I had no idea
(moves JW up two more notches)
What? It's luck and genetics.
I'll never make it to 75
not to mention i love running my fingers through it...lolll
oooh, I get vertigo at this height. I don't think I've ever been up this far -- I can see over the Bay Bridge
through the hair, rose? Or the lumps ruru mentioned
*hands jwr a stiff drink* there you are honey, you can't6 notice now..
why do you think you won't ru?
*whistles*
hmmmmm, both ??
Oh.. I don't know.. Just a gut feeling
Well, I should think so! Aren't there always two?
*whistles again*
yup, and they never stop... to DH's delight
granny will have to put on her reading glasses to look down and count them
*hang on * with all ruru's whistling i need to powder my nose...lolll
:D
ru, you don't know. That's the truth. We never do.
well.. my dad lived to 83 and my mom is still alive
she's 88 I guess by now
Exactly.
if I go .. JW.. you have to pick up the slack and pun mercilessly until people groan :D
poor ruru. would you like me to adopt you?? love is guaranteed
no.. thanks GR.. I'm kind of past the parent thing :D
If I could pun like you, ru, I'd make a living at it. You're one of the best ... and I was brought up by master punsters. Gotta run - I'll tune in later when things get quiet in the call room.
Faithless rose -- just because he lost his hair
Bye all - It's been grand.
night jw.... have a great weekend coming up
I still want to know what a woozle is. I'm sure I remember the word!
lolll night jwr. hope you have a great shift. xoxox
a woozle is a stick in a drink that someone has when they are too drunk
Thanks ruru - you rock. And rose rises.
woozie = when your head spins due to an over-indulgence, particularly alcohol.
oh, woozle....hmmm....not a swizzle....
swizzle when you're straight.. woozle when you're loaded
roflollll
aha... a woozle = weasel-like monster imagined by characters in winnie-the-pooh.
okay. if i don't respond firefox is being difficult
I'm going to jump in bed.. may be back in a bit.. cold here tonight
not going there ruru....
hey ya thebytantine. how are you doing?
good morning
((rosie))
{{hugs}} ruby my darling. are you having a good day?? are you warm enough??
Last night I had dinner with the family of the Moroccan aide who continues to help with Burt.
I pay her to visit him alone, twice a week, and take him outdoors.
Her mother prepared a trditional and delicious meal
Very interesting experience
nice ruby.
But I don't like going out at night
old and stodgy
woos
sorry
ruby...i repeat my questions...are you having a good day? and are you warm enough?
I'm still cold but the housekeeper made a fire (I'm huddled in front) and the morphine kicked in
I'll be OK, as I must, because my friend, Catherine is picking me up and we're going to the movie and having sushi for lunch
First time out with her since summer
What a social butterfly! lol
good for you, ruby
gores
sorry again, second breakfast in the PB
What movie are you going to see, Ruby?
ruby...is it waffles and maple syrup??
{{hugs}} dear zooz
Hello, Rose :-)
((zzoozz)) we just go to the multiplex and there is usually something to see
If not, we'll just go shopping
Sounds like you are going to have a nice day then, Ruby :-)
I ate disgusting special K + bran with hot milk
How are you today/night, Rose?
Gross, but I could eat it in front of the fire
oh my...{{hugs}} zooz
I like my cereals only with cold milk.
zooz....coasting.... this ruddy nerve keeps arcing up.
too cold for cold milk!
I have hung my duvet covers out to dry a while a go. what a bloody job that was trying to hang them on a rotary line. Not easy trying to get it over just one of the lines!
What works for nerve pain?
Sorry to hear about your nerve, Rose.
At least morphine takes care of me
Nerve pain must be the worst
ruby... i am using a TENS machine. ( transdermal electrical neuro-stimulator)
not wishing you much envy zooz...but i hung out 3 loads of laundry yesterday and all of it came in bone dry.
I'm glad there is something to help you as chronic pain is exhausting
Hi everyone.
ruby...nerve pain is the pits...you can never know when it is going to impinge on your life.
How do you have the energy for that, madame?
What are the TENS machines like Rose? I have a bad back and keep thinking of getting one.
hi medusa
Hows you Ruby?
Hello, Medusa :-)
Cold hands, cold heart
Hi Zooz. Hope you are well.
Well it is sunny here today, Rose, so I am hoping mine will dry also lol
I pay Nadia to visit Burt, how cold is that?
All well here, Medusa, how about yourself?
Been better but getting there. lol
good morning all
Hello, Sprite :-)
medusa...there are two/four self-adhesive pads which are connected to a battery-operated generator which gives you small electric shocks via the wires and electrodes.
It would never dry here, would be frozen flat as a plank
Hi Sprite. Hows you?
{{hugs}} and good morning to you too my dearest sprite.
*hugs zooz* Hello dear man, how are you today? And how are the parents doing?
hi medusa! Long time no see. How are you? I am fine :)
((sprite)) talk about social buttrflies, prite is the queen butterfly!!!
*hugs rose* Hello darling. How was your day?
Does it work? I have protrusions on the bottom 2 discs on my spine and that causes trapped nerves too. Just had a bad one with it so feeling your pain Rose.
*hugs ruby* Hello dear friend, thank you so much for the beautiful book!
I am ok Sprite. Not been here for a long time due to one thing or another!
social butterfly? Moi? Lol.
quiet dearest sprite. DH was out twice today... it has been so peaceful... lolll
sometimes life's like that, medusa. Good to see you back!
All ell here thanks, Sprite. Parent are well too. How are you keeping?
ugh, nerve pain is the worst
I am fine, zooz! All over the flu and getting my energy back.
Good to hear :-)
I am on and off Sprite. Nerve pain is a nasty one.
lollll rose... ain't that the truth! We love them dearly, but in all honesty... being alone once in a while is a treat
Time to get into a hot bath -- maybe that will thaw me out
very true, medusa
medusa...it is helping....i will leave it up to you. after my session in the morning i am able to get on the stationary bike and 'do' 3 minutes.
29 left and no idea....
see you later, kids
ruby, put all your clothes around a hot water bottle or something like that. So you can step into warm clothes after
Enjoy the hot bath, Ruby.
Where I get the back probs the nerves also go in my hips spmetimes. It is total agony when it goes properly
enjoy your bath darling ruby. xoxox
ttfn Ruby
I put clothes and towel on the radiator, the problem is just getting up the stais and being motivated to do it
With you there Ruby!
ah, didn't know you had a radiator. Even better. Yeah, I know that feeling. My mantra nowadays is "Do and don't think about it". Otherwise I won't do at all.
Might have to adopt that one.
medusa...a good site to google... michael walsh.. an orthopaedic surgeon here in australia. he has a lot of insight into hip pain.
might help, medusa. You are a smart one... which means you probably always end up thinking about the buts and ifs. Or so it is with me.
Thanks Rose. Sounds lots like me Sprite. Right now it is a case of will it do my back in again!
that is a tough one, yes. Sometimes you have to be extra careful. But if you can manage to do the things you need to do with attention and focus, you will probably be able to stop before it harms your back.
Are there any hints for the7 please?I assume it is plural of the 6 before it but don't have that yet. lol
My biggest problem there Sprite is once I get in to doing something I can get carried away easily. I also have OCD so have to do things a certain way.
and a touch of perfectionism to go with it? I hear you loud and clear, lolll. Another of my mantras: 8 out of 10 is still a brilliant score.
medusa, no6. n + double vowel + part of le***r, account keeping book. then plural
*giggle* as my DH says...you mean CDO...in alphabeti8cal order.
Thank Rose. Would never have got that one!
exactly!
And finally got nbs and nbt
lol Rose.
yaq6y medusa
good job medusa
ummm... yay
The thing is 8 out of 10 is never good enough for me.
Thanks Rose and Sprite
yeah that is where I am coming from too, medusa. I used to be like: a 10 is normal. All below it is sub par. Took me a lot of therapy and hard work to finally realise that a 10, by definition, is NOT normal.
Thing i I know I don't have to get 10 all the time but I am constantly battling the bit that gets angry when I get less. It's like there are 2 people in me and tey are in constant competition.
total recognition here, medusa. That is exactly how it feels. I had to work out what I was compensating for so hard all the time. And why.
I have found it easier to deal with now I know what it is but still hard work. I don't get so emotional as I did. Am now being told to get tested for Aspergers!
would be good to know, I think. Understanding where those urges come from is helpful in managing them.
I think so too. I do have a lot of the symptoms of it and have been told if you have OCD you have a high chance of having Aspergers
it is probably the same small area in the brain that is responsible. I was told that that area is responsible for a whole lot of things... from adhd and pdnos and tourette to ocd, aspergers and autism.
Wow! Never knew that. They say you only use a tiny part of your brain in your life so why can't they all use the bits we don't use? lol
lolollll good idea!
they also told me that if you have one of those things, you almost always will have a touch of the others as well.
Or maybe they have a party there. It's my brain and I want an invite if that is so!
ok, once you have found all the words in this grid, where should those other 29 come from? Hm?
yeah, no party without us!
What is pdnos?
29?
pdnos stands for Pervasive Developmental Disorder Not Otherwise Specified. Also autism-related.
yeah, I still need 29 words and I am certain I already found all there can be found :)
Thanks. Heard of it before but never knew what it was.
I still have 47 to go.
I have seen one of my fave words there today too. lol
which one?
wo 5/24 lol
at last... off comes the torture machine...
nice one :)
Just love that word. I use it all the time. lol
You feeling better ROs?
Rose even
yay rose :) That lovely moment when the torture stops... almost makes it worth it ;)
I had a TENS machine when I was pregnant with my daughter. Was a rented one. Never got the chance to use it when I went into labour though coz didn't have time! Used it once just before though.
yup sprite. medusa... the nerve is being quiet...and that in my book is all good.
That sounds good. Take it easy though. Don't want to agrivate it any more. xx
anyone else keeps seeing words ending in -less?
no but prob will now! lol
nope...it is all in your mind sprite... lolll
lol always happy to share!
lollll rose!
Gee, thanks. lol. Struggling today too. Still not slept. Sleep is all over the place at the moment.
not being able to sleep is the pits. Makes all the rest worse plus harder to bear.
Don't it just. My sleep is very fitfull right now. Fortunately I work from home and have my own business now so not so bad. Still not nice though.
no, even working from ho4 still means working. And making your hours.
Oops! forgot about that one. lol. Fortunately I can work through the night so not so bad. Would still like to be able to stay up in the day though.
Any clues for the last wo5 please?
sleeping well is a real blessing. I hope you will receive it soon :)
my last wo5 is a sound word
wo5/28. a past tense
It does sort itself out at times then my back goes and I am Barts up and that is always at night when I am trying to sleep. Then I am back where I am now.
very frustrating
wo 5/18 for better or for wo***
You could say that. lol
hi Lindrickway
hi Sprite
and everyone
Thanks Lindrickway. Got that one. Need the one after it.
g'day l8in. long time no see, honey. are you good?
And hi
ah the past tense, thanks rose
np's sprite
Pretty good thanks, although I have no voice and a swollen throat today )0:
Hope you feel better soon.
aw Lin, hope it will pass quickly
Thanks Medusa! (0:
ugh not a good picture lin.
#Either being thick, blind or just plain tired. Can't see it! lol
Could be worse and my boss has given me the day off so all is good
Day to rest and wrap up warm then. ;)
An exclamation when something is really good then pt medusa
medusa, an exclamation of wonder and admiration, then past tensed
medusa. exclamation of surprise. wo + first consonant + past temse
I am on the sofa with a dressing gown and blanket! lol
yeah Lin, cuddle up, lots of fluids, lots of rest
does beer count sprite?
Thanks! Was being blind. Note to self, clean your bloody glasses!
nice lin. always a good way to spend a day off... lolll
absolutely, Lin :D
Sounds good Lin. I am on sofa in a onesie! lol
perhaps a little later sprite! (0:
where abouts are you Medusa?
hot tea with a bit of honey would be good too... a touch of ginger as well...
I am in Norfolk hun. Where are you?
oh ok South East London
I have lemon & ginger tea Sprite
I moved here from London. Where in London are you?
and it is 1/2 an hour past bedtime here. xoxox to you all. sprite, my darling, i hope you have a great day.

just the ticket, Lin
*hugs rose* Sleep well, darling. Dream even better.
Ok. I moved from Sutton area
Sweet dreams Rose. xx
Night Rose xx
*poof*
oh not too far away then Medusa
Not that far. Never went there but sure there was a bus that went there.
No I have never been to Sutton either
lol
Sutton is ok. Better than Kingston! I hate it there! lol
Only ever been to Kingston Ontario lol
I have never had a passport! lol
Really? Wow, we lived out in Canada for 6.5 years
Nice.
I got my last puppy from Kingston, Ontario! the only reason I ever went there lol
Keep saying I will get a pssport but just not had the money to yet. Have holidays lined up too. lol
fireflies. Not a bad grid after all. Needed to wait for my second wind.
Sweet. What breed was it?
WTG sprite, I still have 15 left!
*hugs* to you all. Thanks for the chat and fun :)
WTG Sprite. Think I need that. lol
Bye sprite, lovely to see you again xx
Welcome Sprite. xx
Jack Russell
I am getting a new baby next saturday!
Cute. I have 3 dogs and a cat right now.
Cool
What you getting?
Another Jack
lol
Bless. My 3 are small but not that small. lol
What breed are yours?
I got a black fluffball cat, 2 Italian greyhound/ whippets and a staffy/chi
aaww cute
I have 3 cats at work
The dogs are so cheeky. They do make me laugh. The Italian cross are brothers and I was told they were 14 months when I got them which would make them just under 2 1/2 and one of them is already getting old man hair on his muzzle! The staffy cross is a girl and she is 6 months and a monster! lol
Princess, the cat, is the only sane one here and even that is questionable!
LOL sweet!
It is all fun. lol
Well I guess I should go, my Christmas cards are not going to write themselves!
Good morning, everybody:)
Lovely chatting, will pop back when I have the time xx
Ok Lin. ttfn. xx
Hi Crossy. Hows you?
I am fine, Medusa, and you?
Getting there! lol
Well, getting there is half the fun:)
Been going through a bit of a rough time but fingers crossed it is all about to turn about.
it is a good feeling when you finally punch though the other side of a rough patch. :)
Will be the best if all goes well. lol

*waits for the first pun*
No, ruru--YOU make the first one! Why not begin with the best?!!
good morning mimi
I have to get back to bad ones that make more groans.. I'm running out of time this year to hit my goal
((ruru))
A daunting goal...but I have confidence in your ability.
LOL.. I'm up for it.. I figure I'll get a lot closer to xmas when more people are chatting :D
...and drinking.
or Kwanza for the Politically Correct :D
and drinking ... yes.. those are fun too
Or Hanukkah
.. yes.. even more days there
Or the Winter Solstice
morning doc
Hi Ruru. How are you and Dylan doing?
are you trying to paganize me scrabs?
I am trying to cover all of the happy holidays.
My daughter chastises me for my vodka consumption but I told her it's the only vice I have left...leave me alone about it!!
oh.. Dylan is on a new experimental drug.. that seems to be helping him. It was more effective the first month, but it has knocked back his itchiness by quite a bit
Oh, ruru is here. Let the pun begin.
well mimi .. if you start weaving on a walker.. we'll get worried
Skin problems? So many dogs have that.
he's worse than that scrab
hi JB
Oozing sores?
I actually walk better after a couple of martinis---less pain.
he's a super allergic dog..
no.. not now.. but he has destroyed himself till bleeding
So many dogs have problems and need special diets. I hear from friends and co-workers.
lol mimi
Weaving On A Walker - sounds like a song. What would be the band's name?
I couldn't feel my legs on two martinis
Aww, poor puppy.
The Weavers?
I'm sure you've tried things like changing shampoos, etc. Do you have a strong flea population there?
The Rolling DUI's
The Drunken Loomers!
LOL, ruru
not a flea problem.. I have tried 10 shampoos
This drug will likely save his life to be honest
...yep, that's me...the drunk on the walker!
that's only temporary mimi.. you will get beyond this
Is the doctor giving him mome type of antihistamine? Or prednisone?
Am determined to do so, ruru---failure is simply not an option.
Other hits by the Drunken Loomers: Weaving on a Jet Plane, and Dream Weavers.
LOL, JB---good ones!
You are all getting silly now.
I love silly....
we did the prednisone.. but it was killing him .. he gets 9 benedryl a day and low dose prednisone as well
Of course, Scrabbler!
If You Weave Me Now
weaving on a jet plane sounds like peter paul and elmer
LOL JB
ruru, do you give him oatmeal baths and such?
ruru, do you give him oatmeal baths and such?
aloe / oatmeal
If Ever I Would Weave You
Yay java
Sounds like a good plan. Yes, prednisone iis not a good long-term solution. But it was great for my German Shepherd when diagnosed with lymphoma. Kept her quite comfortable the last 6 months of her life. Miss her every day and it has been over 10 yrs. since she passed. She was only 7.
He must have really shiny hair, right?
he does..
my german shepard only lived to seven too mimi.
that was my first dog as a teen.. love german shepards as a breed
Weaving on that midnight train to Georgia...
my family had a German Shephard when I was growing up....lived to be 15....great dog....
I've had several shepherds over my lifetime but this one was incredibly special. A couple of stories I have about her would make you cry...in a good way.
Going back to find a simpler place and time
ours was very wise....protective but great with all kids....
they are a very smart breed. very trainable and loyal
Fifty Ways to Weave Your Lover
:) JB
LOL
JB--but might be difficult to "jump on the bus."
Mimi, please elaborate, are there really Fifty Ways to Weave Your Walker?
I've only found two, JB: voluntarily and involuntarily.
Loved my childhood German Shepherd, he was a very good dog for us 5 kids.
Ha Ha, Mimi!
...certainly prefer the former.
I just got a mental picture of you going through a mandala/maze
when I wrecked my knees I had to use a cane for 6 months.. it's a pain in the ass to be honest
All things considered, I'm getting pretty adept at it. Need to work on speed, though, so I can enter the Mario Andretti race for "speed walkers."
Oh, I have a cane for when my back goes out. It stands up on its own, but it doesn't have that clunky 4 tipped end. It's called a Hugo, and I recommend it!
I'm grateful to have it because it allows me enough mobility to take care of myself and stay independent.
amen for that mimi
Mimi, my dad used tennis balls to cover the tipped ends to get better traction on carpet and concrete/tar.. He could zip right along on tiled floor.
I thought hugo was hego's brother?
Did you see my "speed walker" comment, ruru? Proud of that one.
hego, shego, we all go
yes.. very cute mimi
I guess I'll get there someday.. unless I die doing something I love :D
Hoping for a groan from ruru, that would make my day!
ty,ty.
oh JB.. you have to try a lot harder to get a groan from me.. I have a big margin for sick jokes
I bow to the master rururocks
I had several great ones last week and no one said a peep. damn it
Oh, I could only do the grids last week, I was visiting with a friend, and did not go into the chogs. Sorry I missed them, ru!
I actually have to run a sort of obstacle course because I just have a one-bedroom apt., e.g., tilt when get t the floor fan, raise back legs when encounter a rug, lift front over transition from linoleum to carpet, and constantly try to avoid cats who just love to dash in front of me. Exhausting.
Well, then again, maybe not so sorry...:)
Hang a squirt bottle of water on your rig, Mimi, and take aim as needed at dashing cats. They
will learn to get out of your way! Or at least be busy grooming themselves dry
Yes, I know that trick and use it for other things. But I have one cat who's immune to that so I have to throw a paperback book at him. That has cured him of a couple of bad behaviors.
Ooo, hardcore discipline!
All I have to do now is say his name and pick up a book and he stops. At least he's a fast learner. I make sure they're lightweight books, of course, but couldn't have him clawing at the furniture.
(pictures mimi throwing Danielle Steel books at the cat)
that's the only lightweight stuff I can think of
I don't usually actually hit him with it--just near him and it scares him.
We use the bitter apple spray to keep them off the furniture, and encourage them to their scratching posts by periodically rubbing/dousing them with catnip.
No, ruru---that would be too cruel even for a cat!
LOL, ru
I met Danielle Steel once.. at one of my wineries
she's a load that one
she acts like she's the queen of england
Never has worked for me, JB--and they have all kinds of appropriate scratching posts on their cat trees and such. I used to declaw my kittens, in the front only, and wish I could do that to these but would be too difficult at this point.
I don't believe in declawing.. squirt bottles do work on clawing the furniture.
I can't stand people like that....and it's usually the least talented who want the most genuflection.
me too mimi..
I guess I'd best get to work.. see you guys later thanks for the laughs everyone
need them today
Oh, I wish I could stay and chat longer, ruru and Mimi, but chores and paperwork cannot be put off any longer. Thanks for the fun and silliness! Be well, Mimi, and I hope your puppy improves quickly, ru!
I met a lot of those when I worked for the NBC affiliate in Atlanta.
Bye, ruru---think of us if you need a smile today. I'm gone, too.
Greeting, y'all!

Hello all! I posted this yesterday, but to those who may have missed it, I am working on a project for an anthropology class, and could use the babble communities help. My class is studying online communities, and I have created a survey (https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1Z94j\nk-SMM2qn5WWhsQyBVIH-o8BzGjtSGiNIsQkxxx\nM/viewform?usp=send_form) with questions about the babble community. There is more info on my profile, along with how to contact me if you are curious about what I am doing. All the results will be kept private and shared only with the other class members. And thanks to those who already contributed! I really appreciate your help!!
Did it yesterday!
get a messge "File does not exist - tried it twice
Same here, wv... but then the address in her profile did work.
I couldn't get it from either one.
Too bad--anthro was ny minor in college.
I get the message 'page not found'
Gotta go...good luck, everyone!
hwoolf - the babble chatterbox inserts \n characters in long URLs as a way to block spam
you may want to put your URL through a shortening service like tiny.cc or tinyurl.com and repost the shortened link
The URL in her profile worked - just took the survey
I'll try again.
so 2 out of 3 did get it from her profile.
