I've shrink in height over an inch in the past 4 years (which isn't normal I guess). For now, though, I'll keep claiming I'm 5 feet 4 3/4 inches -- until I'm called on it, anyway.

she did not have the same nutrition growing up that i had...
One of my daughters is 6 foot 2 inches. My son is 6 foot 5. And my youngest girl is barely 5 foot 4 inches. Go figure!
also, she did not get much exercise....weight bearing exercise is supposed to be good for the bones...
The radiology tech said it's normal for a person to shrink an inch in 25 years; so either I aged really fa4/7; or I should worry.

I just had the scan yesterday; I think it's just my arthritis (which I've had for nearly 50 years) in my spine
