Good morning, everybody. What a beautiful day today! The Mrs. and I were up with the birds at 5:00 A.M and on the hiking trails by 6:00. Hiked for just over two hours, and we are now back home for a nice Ginormous Crossy breakfast with all the trimmings. :)
We met a "through-hiker" on the trail at 06:30, just as he was packing up his gear to begin his own hike.We talked for a few minutes, and we took his garbage from him so he could carry on without lugging it out. Also gave him a much appreciated bottle of Deep-Wood's Off. I wish him well. By my calculations, he is just over half-way done with about 350k to go.
