Good morning! Happy your son is ok, Ruby. I know how that feels. My son works for USAID and he was in Afghanistan for a year. Every time there was a bombing in Kabul or an earthquake, I was on pins and needles until he let me know he was ok.
Now he is in Bankok, Thailand for four years. Much safer place.
So glad he is out of Kabul now - awful things going on right at the air base and embassy.
