So I take it if you have seen the southern lights they are the same as the northern lights.

Night nurse is a cough medicine that well for me knocks me out at night which is great when you have coughing fits so a nice peaceful night for me lol

The exercises I do are not hard. I go on the bike for a while, then do some weight bearing exercises on machines, some stretching and that is it.
no need for training hard. Just using the muscles for a bit is enough

That is just the inside of the house. House also needs work on the outside; house needs to be power washed, the deck needs to be restained, and replace front door light . I don't know how I am going to get this all done by springtime. I wish I could just try to sell house as is.

Outdoor light are remarkably cheap and only take half an hour to change so that is an easy one. You can rent a powerwasher for half a day and just spray the outside of the house.
