I work with people who spend over an hour to and from work. When you factor in what they spend on gas, oil changes and auto repair (not to mention time away from their loved ones) their wages are close to minimal.
I don't understand why people who never have to leave their workplace would spend an hour or more commuting in heavy traffic when they can hop on an lrt and be there in half and hour.
