Any skin condition can all of a sudden get worse if you have any extra stress too. And our bodies sometimes just say no when it comes to something we've done for years.
for now, I have to let it heal up... it is painful as hell. And right now it looks like 3 nails will come off completely, ughhhhh. Am keeping it clean and desinfected nonstop and treating it with reiki in the hope they will stay on.
