He knows what he needs to do but is afraid ...or too weak..to take the needed steps. It is sad when people allow addictions to rule their lives but think about how common it is.

I could easily skip the raisins, so then its under 200
you will get enough sweet from whatever sweetener you add. regular bread works fine

The whole thing was done by algorithm. One algorithm that capped the bump bribe at $800, and when there were no takers another algorithm was run that chose the "least valuable" passengers based on frequency of flights, money spent, etc.

you have to remember that although the airline crew called them in, it was airport security personel that made the decision to drag him from his seat and handle him so roughly. The crew culpable in that they stood by and watched instead of calling a halt to it.

On any flight I've been on that has been "overbooked", the flight attendant has stood at the front of the plane with his/her compartment mic and explained the situation and compensation and asked for volunteers to deplane. Never saw a problem, someone always stood up and took the bait. Apparently this was not the case but the way it "used to be" made more sense.
well either way, he still has rights. and if he is a foul person, that does not negate his rights.

I flew every week for 2 years, 2 flights each way and I never once saw airline folks ask for volunteers AFTER boarding. It was ALWAYS prior to boarding. Their computer tells the agent that there wont be enough seats so they start asking for vols while everyone is still waiting to board. This was simply agent incompetence. His background has no effect on the outcome. I also read that the security guys were not allowed to get on the plane and actual police should have been called. He will be paid alot of $$$ eventually. The United prez should also be fired for his idiotic tweets that he had to back off of. New 2017 word re-accomodate ??? Sounds like 1984 word.

If you don't have photo editing software, right click your image, click OPEN WITH, then click on PAINT. Click IMAGE, then RESIZE. Select PIXELS then resize your image to 350 x 350 or however it will resize so that 350 is your largest dimension.
You can't just upload pictures from your cell phone here. The dimensions are way too big.
