We are plagued with seagulls where I live. Nearly ever roof has a bird nesting there. A baby chick fell from our roof and is now walking about on the flat roof of our extension. Can't do anything about rescuing it as the adult birds dive bomb you if you try to go anywhere near. I just hope they keep feeding
actually, that is how it is supposed to work with seaguls. So don't worry.

Good I'd hate the poor little thing to die on our roof. So what does nidifufous mean and thank goodness I don't have to try to say it lol
I thought it might be because the same thing happened to me once. We had a magpie baby in our garden. I actually called the animal ambulance and they kindly put me at ease.
Seagulls are apparently a protected species but they are a real pain inland
lol me neither. It means they can walk the moment they get out of their eggs, and they don't stay in the nest until they can fly. At some point they leave the nest and the parents will feed them on the ground until they can fly.
It's walking round pooing on our solar panels so I hope it learns to fly soon

ugh, not a pleasant place for you to have it. It should fly away in a few days. The walking around they do is preparation for the muscles to flying

it was priceless here. Our dog Terra was very much interested in the baby magpie. The parents went crazy and divebombed him, but the baby was just as curious. They became friends and later on would sit close together in the garden when the bird came visiting.

we have pigeons that keep nesting in our tree and we really really dislike pigeons. We remove the nest every time they make it, but they are very persistent.
thinking about it, we don't have any pigeons. Must be the gulls keeping them away

It is interesting how conditioned we get. You find half the words for a tile, you know that is all, and yet since the tile is not grey, your brain keeps trying to find words from it.

My guess on why the doubling is happening is that there is something messed up in the code that drives these grids.
Just like there is something messed up in the code that causes long urls posted to have "\n" in them and then they blow the chat width
