They are talking about arming teachers! Is that insane?
I don't see anything wrong with arming under-paid, stressed out invidivuals
its not like her in the US where teachers are still needed in schools
well it does get even more guns into the system - thats got to be a good thing
Rather than healthcare reform, maybe we can make it a federal requirement to be armed
Hi. just to jump in really quickly - the arming teachers idea is INSANE. And you heard it here first - if they DO go through with it, I GUARANTEE you the provided of those services, at GREAT personal gain, will be Betsy DeVos's brother.
Perhaps we can even get the private sector to fund the guns
Another alternative might be to provide school kids with the same sort of body armour that the army uses
my husband was saying you have to be 21 to own a gun or be able to purchase one. If these pawn shops would just contact the police if you see someone who isn't that age, they should call the police. Also, if they would do background checks or check i'd it might help to reduce the chances of these occurances
We could also build walls around the schools. I mean if it works on the border, surely it'd work on a school
