its not exactly what you think..i have never had it personally. I saw it on a tv show called Chopped and apparently its a trend for about a year now on instagram
its actually from the orient. it uses black or green tea google it if you are curious:)
I have had it. It is like a latte with the foamy part being made from cream and cream cheese. It's like tea with a little cheese cake on top.

I started drinking hot chocolate at breakfast in college. After a week or so, I couldn't sleep at night. Me and caffeine do not get along.
