glad to hear the butt pain is subsiding. I cooked curry soup yesterday and that was a bit too much on the ankle. Lots of pain and a bad night. The soup is delicious though :)
nice soup.... we had take-away indian last night. basmati rice and butter chicken and mango chicken. so yummy.
can you rest up today? elevate the ankle for most of it?

I don't know. I can look into it for you, ask what would be needed. If it can be arranged, you may have to pay for it and send it in to your insurance later. I can give my pharmacy and doctor a call.
well the muscle pain is definitely better, and the hip pain is gone. but i se4 to feel very low and need the endone to start my day. i try to last until late morning before i take one. but i think i am going to need another box while i am there.

I wasn't too worried at Bryce because the trail we did had a ton of people, but we hiked at a nearby state park and never saw anyone on the whole trail and I was a wreck
