Hope to finish grid later on today. Time for bed. G'night!
folic acid, why doesn't folic count?
good morning all
Hi and hugs, Sprite. How did the op go?
*hugs Liz* It went very well and smoothly. I was home by noon! Hurting like a lady dog though, didn't sleep much. But I expect the pain will lessen over the day. No new plaster! I am allowed to walk and exercise, and just have to listen to my body. Too much pain = overdoing it. A little is okay.
How are you doing, sprite?
So, take it easy and build up the strength gradually - even when Rose is with you. It'd be awful to set it back by doing too much too soon.
*hugs Sue* pretty good!
I assume they've given you something for the pain.
good advice, thanks Liz
Nothing new really and you know that anyway but it'll be very tempting to overdo it when you're with Rose because I know there are so many places you want to show her.
yeah they did, pretty strong stuff. I even took it last night. But it is bone pain... not easy to manage.
Well, I guess like you said, the pain will gradually recede.
once the pain settles, I am gonna see what I can do and what not. I still have some time to build up strength until Rose arrives!
Sure and very positive motivation too :)
it is :D
Puglet is in the grid. Are you or Rose still in contact with her?
am incredibly happy that I am without cast now and allowed to do my own rehab.
I can imagine - I know you were hoping for the cast to be totally removed and I'm really happy it worked out for you.
I am not, not sure about rose. Puglet stopped answering my emails, which made me sad.
thanks Liz :)
The docs must be pleased with the way you're healing.
they were flabbergasted. With such a complicated fracture and the operations, it should have taken me 4 months to come to this point, not 2. I told them, this is the power of reiki, lots of tiny exercises all the time AND the prayers of my friends.
:)
have been worried about puglet, she tended to feel ashamed when things in her life did not go well, and then she would find it hard to email with us.
I hope all's OK. I lost contact with her many many years ago.
I hope so too. She is a sweet lady who deserves a better deal in life than she got.
Sprite ... fantastic news!!!
Got to go - cake to look after etc. Hugs and keep on healing, Sprite.
lol, Terra does the same thing as after my first operation... he insists on lying ON my sore foot. So cute.
thanks Christine! It is.
thanks Liz *hugs* for the both of you and have a lovely evening.
how are you, Christine?
phantom: indolent

hi Nanette
it's so exciting when the longer ones are regular words and you figure them out

My phantom is : Imploded.

oh so did I!
*hugs zooz* Hello dear man... are things a little bit easier yet?
Excellent news about your foot, Sprite!
thanks zooz! Am very happy with it
Nurse came yesterday (6 days late) changed the catheter and so far seems to be okay.
6 days late???? omg... that is horrible. Glad things seem okay though.
At least that is done now for the next 3 months lol
one worry less at least
She was very nice and explained each step and put his mind at ease.
oh that is a very good thing.
and how are you doing yourself?
Bet you cannot wait for the visit from, Rose!
too true. Getting close now though!
Oh I am not too bad at the moment thanks for asking.
*sends hugs and buckets full of light to zooz*
And the foot is healing nicely too!
good!
Thanks ((Sprite)) you are a very caring lady.
awww shucks... it is easy to care for people like you!
Have you seen gapeach lately? Was wondering how she was doing?
a couple of days ago she was in babble and doing okayish.
Ah thanks!
I am going to dive back into the grid. Nice to see you ((Sprite))
*hugs zooz* Likewise! Have a lovely day, zooz.

Congrats! Have a good one!
My first word in yesterdays grid was Henry. I wonder how many babblers found that to be their first word too lol
I did, zooz. :)
Teehee!
My time is up for now. Happy babbling everyone!
no folic? what kind of dictionary is this. don't answer that.
It would be nice if there were some web site that listed words not accepted by the Enable word list and why.
Bonjour!
l think that spring has finally arrived! Nights are still cold but it's probably 60 in the afternoons.
My house is filled with flowers, all in my palette: a pale pink indoor hudrangea, intense pin arum, fuschia petunias, branches of Japanese quince.
l am so Lucky and the terrible pain went away during the night
bonjour ruby, I'm up early - nice to see you and thanks for bringing such lovely color into the chat

how is folic not a word?
I just tried that too. Don't understand
The only reason I can see is because it is folic acid.
Balls! Those A's are hard!
hello
I just got here but the whole grid is hard. I have slowly found 50 and thinking about going to the list. Usually I have to get halfway at least.
... I'm just short of halfway ... and I recommend going to list at 50 ...
i got one of the 8:)
... there ya go ... half way ... and that's it for now ... luck to all who continue the struggle
I made it to 70 but I think I will take your advice and go to the list.

56 left - bbl - happy babbling all - poof

50 must be the wall.. i got to 50 left.. but not seeing anything else
I can't even find di4/6. I should prob just stop for a while.
omg, just found it. so stupid.
I think the difficulty is because of no R or S.
