hello darling. We are surviving. Barely. Yesterday was finally a bit less hot, which was a blessing. Tomorrow will be another scorcher, saturday even worse. After that, it should cool down.

all okay here. had gym this morning then out with june for lunch. home early as june not 100%. it seems she has picked up a virus when she visited her sister.

i had to giggle... i came home and he had stripped the bed (good), put the bathroom mats on to wash (not o good given the time i was away), started the dishes (about 6 things washed the rest waiting) but.... he had been tinkering in the garage and with his motorcycle... loll...
sounds about like a day for a man without his woman, lollll... tried to go through the motions just enough to avoid being scolded
since i have been home... he has hung the mats out on the line...no sunshine, no breeze...go figure, washed his smalls..... done a few more dishes.... delivered to the church shopping i had done for Friday night. and....fell asleep at his laptop....lolll

it's his own fault... he lies in bed at night reading ebooks, then when we have to get up early (7am as opposed to 8am) he keeps falling asleep inhis chair. sitting bolt upright, out cold. i don't know how he does it, without sliding to the floor

anyhoo.... how is the drug thingy going? are you off the first drug yet?
had to stop that one cold, honey. Have been building up the new one since. Am starting to notice the effects, a bit less pain and for a longer period. Still miserable though.
oh, and i am coming off the SUI at last. going to move back onto the 5-HTP. no other chemicals involved.

the SUI was preventing the med for the perspiration working effectively.
I wish I could perspire a little easier. Has been hell, these last week here. Rob sweats by the bucket. I hardly sheen over.
i did almost my full program at the gym today. missed out on the leg-bike. hips protest too much. i am working out on the gym machine for my arm exercises. equivalent of about 3kg each arm. i am praying i can restart the hydro next monday.

that is easy. That test gives an average over the last 3 months. The fasting one is an instant one. Both are important. You should check yourself 3 times a day and keep a chart.
uh huh...*whines* do i have to? at least GP hasn't told me to do that. besides if my average for 2-3 months is low... it still doesn't make sense to me.
honey, if you have moments of 12 and moments of 4, and you average them, it will come out nicely in the middle. Still means you are severely ill. And yes, you have to. If you have diabetes, it has to be treated as soon as possible. And if you don't, wouldn't it be great to know for sure?

its been a strange day so far.. hubby has to try to start the car as battery died sometime yesterday. .. break lights are staying on or something I woke up with hubby since I knew he was going to keep me updated on the car situation. Oh gee. That is what happened with one of my teeth this winter, but because it had been capped I didn't know it was bad. It's why I needed the bone graft. Not a lot of fun, but I have to admit I am not as prone to headaches now!

Mine was probably bad for at least two years. *yuck face* I think I didn't notice it because it was right next to the trigeminal nerve, so whenever it felt bad, I just got a migraine. LOL I still get migraines, but now they are from all the other triggers. :-)
She’s never had a migraine, and she doesn’t complain of headaches often. But I keep thinking she had to have some warning for it to be this bad.
Well, there was no feeling in the tooth itself for me, the only real clue I had was a dull ache occasionally. The only time I had an actual toothache a different tooth (why are they always the 6-year molars?) had literally cracked into four pieces after a root canal before I could get it capped...
Duh! I forgot; when you have a root canal, the nerve is dead! Okay, I shouldn’t be thinking she was ignoring it because of her fear then.

In my mind I was upset that she’d let it go so long that she’s losing a tooth.
Likely the stupid tooth just was "done" and gave up.
I have ONE 6-year molar left, but since implants work well for me, I suppose when that one blows I will just ask for an implant immediately and not wait for the full tooth to explode scenario.
Poor kid inherited my big teeth & small jaw, but also her dad’s family’s weak enamel. We put a lot of money inher mouth (braces,, crowns, root canals) before she was 21

I have a small jaw, but my teeth always fit (never had wisdom teeth!)... and until I was in my thirties I never had any trouble with my teeth. Guess I am paying for it now!
