I think my dad is losing the plot these days. We had a right ding dong about the moonlanding. He swears it never happened as you cannot see the stars and it was to do with beating the russians so the USA pretended to land on the moon etc
I told he he probably believes the earth is flat too. and that did not go down too well either.

I said to my mother that in future I will let him get on with it. But we were watching the 50th anniversary of the landing and we were enjoying it then he tries to spoil it for everyone.
What does mum say about his general behavior? Has it changed radically lately?
My mom had a series of mini strokes that last few years of her life -- 10 second blackouts, fell a couple of times and with each one the mental capacity diminished a little more -- also had some memory loss and I suspect low thyroid -- wasn't one to go to the doctor either
I think he is just fed up of his condition and is not a happy chap.
Mother has her own problems and is fed up with it too yet on the other hand tries to help. So hard on her really.
Yeah, Nan he has had at least 8 blackouts this year. been in hospital a few times for other things too.
Anyway sorry to have clogged the chat up with it all. Just was annoyed about the denial of the moonlanding.

I really don't recommend continuing at work when gravely ill... I had iron-deficiency anemia which took AGES to start to improve. Much better now, but the rest of my systems are coming back online slower than I like.
Sorry to hear about the iron issue...but glad you're on the mend!!!
Kids are well. Stidkid#1 has decided he can tolerate living in the same town again [MAJOR VICTORY] so we get to see him a lot more often. Stidkid#2 has a goal for a career, but it's taking a really long time to implement. And Tom is steady as a rock. :-D
How about you? I caught a picture of camo boy (I think) I few months ago, and he is SO GROWN UP.

Gdau graduated high school and starts college in the fall; she has a new little sister (now about 3 months old); the gsons are doing very well; the older (and his team) won their baseball championship; the little loves to support big brother; my parents had some health issues that are coming around and they're doing well for elders...
Sorry about the health of parents, that's not a lot of fun. I cannot believe you have a grandchild that advanced in years... that would be the lovely young woman I spied in a post? So happy for your grandson's sports success.
*grin* and I've got a few good rides coming up - can't wait...love getting out in good weather!
