they can but the parking permits are on a credits basis, so it's hard for freshmen to get them.
I see. I think it is good for them not to be able to have a car. Makes them be more resourceful and independent.

Hello all, just logging on....stuck on the SA7 but my question is, if someone says they monkeyed a word, does it mean they were just monkeying around with the keys and accidentally typed a real word?
Something like that. I don't know how it started and I wish it would end. It sounds really dumb.
Trial and error gets you a long way with some of these grids.
