Yes, thank you. I can wear most of my shoes, but not all of them. Lavender can be off leash, but we still keep an eye on her with Pipper so there's not too much horseplay. She still hops around some, but she's doing better.
How's it going with your shoulder?
Good news for both of you. I am doing well and started Phase 3 of rehab last week. Three months of strengthening to complete 6 months of rehab.

I have been hiking with a 15-20 lb backpack. When we go on a long backpacking trek we carry 37-40 lbs, so I am working towards that in September.

I am being patient for the healing process.
I put a foam bad under my bra strap on top of my shoulder.
