I got separate glasses to wear for computer use. It has really cut down on neck pain for me.
I am due for an eye exam so will ask about those. Sometimes I angle my glasses on my nose.
I got my glasses at Costco - very affordable to get 2 pair that way. I had my exam at the eye doc I've seen for years, but his glasses are expensive.
I have ordered online in the past but these last 2 pairs were from an eye store.
