My sister's hospital went live with Cerner this week, a switch from Epic, so that all hospitals in the system have the same EHR.
She said frustrated nurses bypassed the EHR and faxed med orders from the floor to her pharmacy.

yes - "a dangling, matted lock of wool on a sheep"
Mkg...What are they? I went to Alaska and didn't remember the work, and when I clicked on them, got the dreaded "No def available"
They are like Parkas. Made of skin from an animal. I think that they are made from skin of a whale and they are amazingly warm and water proof. They are shown in all museums etc.
Oops i am wrong. It is the type of canoe they use. Apologies. Google them. We heard a talk in a museum about how they were made. Now i have to look up what the parkas were called.
The um words are a type of canoe

nm, got some help from flipchat
wht: ? I am in support of your changes.. but I wondered why you waited so long?
ruru, it hadn't occured to me.
really? wow.. how did you discover it?
Seriously, I don't know why. It was probably a combination of things. A lot of the things I can see now, I attributed to emotional neglect or I just didn't have words for it.
Then I started to feel a desire to wear women's underwear. I thought it might just be a kink but I soon realized that there was a lot more to it.
well.. good luck on your journey then. I was wondering what this realization meant for you. Good for you.
I'm guessing you're not voting for Desantis > :D
Well, the only person more surprised by this than me was my wife. Her first reaction was to tell me to get an MRI because I clearly had a brain tumor. But since then she has been incredibly supportive. (By the way, the MRI was negative.)
yeah.. that has to be a bit of a shock for her after all these years and kids and grandkids
Fortunately, I live in Massachusetts. Our lesbian governor is a lot easier to take.
well good on you. I hope you have a happy life ahead of you.
The kids have been great and the grandkids are young enough that they are just taking it in stride.
amazing that's incredible
we'll accept you in babble o
whomever you are. :D you're a great person
Thank you. My life is already happier. Early on, I thanked my wife for being so supportive and she said, "How can I not support something that is giving the person I love so much joy."
wow.. that's amazing. you are so lucky
I feel very lucky. My friends and family have all been incredibly supportive. I know that is not the case for everybody.
no .. it's certainly not. that's nice for you then
Thank you, ruru. I have alway enjoyed seeing you in the chat.
I'm glad you have a supportive group around you, wht.
Origami, I feel like I have been incredibly blessed.
Good night friends. It is time for me to be off to bed.
vcx`
wht, you are an inspiration. Best to you on your journey. 'We shall not cease from exploration And the end of all our exploring Will be to arrive where we started And know the place for the first time.' Yes, Eliot's Little Gidding again. You're terrific wht.
