i went to the warm water pool today, and as i said, i dialed back the number of reps on all my exercises. also didn't use anything to increase the resistance.
Caya sent in all her evidence for finalizing her studies. Next week, she will have the final interview where she will have to defend her portfolio. If all goes well, she is DONE then! She is more than ready to be done, and so am I, honestly. She looks like a raccoon.

you'd have to read down in the chat. I used to make my own laundry detergent by mixing ingredients. it was cheaper than buying detergent.
Here you can still find the Sunlight brand laudry soap bars. I remember my mum using a box grater to make soap shavings for the wringer washer we had at the time.
Same bar was also used if I developed a potty mouth that day as well. :/

One does not have to read the whole archive. Just search using something like te 7 or na8. Since I can do it, then by definition it is simple.
Perhaps those wanting clues could post a set of guidelines so that I would know how best to meet their needs.
I have never really gotten asking for clues. To me, and as far as the rules say, it's about finding as many as YOU can find. But that's just me. People can play however they like.
