lickety uses a slightly different enable version than babble. Very rarely it gives a slightly different number of words.
i let him know because the extra words muck up the stats. which compounds into the next days grid.

what did you do?
found him halfway my walk with the dogs. He was on the floor, weakly weaving his little legs at me. So I picked him up, carried him home, then set him on a saucer with some honey. He finished all the honey and then flew off.
awww too cute. poor little thing. i read that the workers in the hive, and the pollinators, often starve themselves by working too hard.

he saw the specialist yesterday, and now he is on the waiting list for knee replacement.
finally. can you get to prepare himself? he needs to gently exercise his quads, hamstrings, and calf muscles pre-op. his recovery will be so much quicker if those muscles are ready to walk properly. he will be up and walking day 1 post-op. forewarned. an easy exercise is him on bed, locking his knee and releasing it. then lock the knee and straight leg lift off the bed.
10 times x 3 per day. no slacking.
yeah, they gave him exercises to do. Also a wash that he has to use during the three days pre-op, to kill as many germs as possible beforehand. And he has to lose some more weight.
losing the weight easier said than done. for pete's sake!! he can't walk. but the leg exercises... get on his case until he is sick of hearing you say...Rob??? have you done your exercises?

as for weight loss. try substituting butter/margarine with avocado as a spread. hard cheese only if he wants any. lots of vegs and fresh fruit. snacks as low cal as you can make them. but high protein to help build the muscles.

BEST WAY TO LOSE WEIGHT: cut out carbs from your diet! Totally avoid all carbs: here is a list of what i dont eat since i was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and i have been fine for 5 years now on a diet without the following except very occassionally:

Oops hit return by mistake. Here is the list: ALL BREAD, ALL PASTA, ALL FOODS MADE FROM WHEAT, ALL RICE AND FOODS MADE FROM RICE, ALL WHITE POTATOS, an occassional piece or two of sweet potato, PEAS, CORN AND ALL PRODUCTS MADE FROM CORN STARCH, CORN FLOUR, BEETS, BARLEY, BEANS (i try once or twice a month to have a tablespoon of beans for health), anything made with honey, sugar or other sugar products.
What drinks to avoid:
milk, all juices, try to avoid sugar substitues since these sometimes cause spikes in sugar in some diabetics. I drink herbal tea and water.
I have eggs, chicken, beef, cheese and fish. My meals consist of 1/4 of these proteins. I have 3/4 of each meal as vegetables: carrots, lettuce, cabbage, onions, garlic, all seasonings are ok if no sugar, broccoli, cauliflower, sourkraut, pickles, olives, butter, oils, lemon. I eat at most one fruit a day! Fruit is also full of sugar so one a day is enough.
You would be amazed at the dishes i cook up with just these products.
Oh i forgot brussel sprouts, string beans, all greens that you use for salads, cole slaw, zucchini and yellow squash. Avoid winter squashes which are high in carbs. Anyone who wants more info email me at minkagoldstein@gmail.com.
I am so used to this diet that i crave items like roasted or fried cabbage, olives, pickles, roasted or fried versions of any of these vegetables.
Oh i forgot: red, orange, green and yellow peppers are good and so are cucumbers. My salad dressing of choice is kens original italian which has no carbs, or skinny girl brand dressings. Or i use olive oil and lemon juice and salt.
Good luck if you try this. I lost weight to the point where i can cheat a bit and have a piece of cake on the weekends.

oh good.. it's a great drug to fight diabetes... not so much for hollywood stars to lose weight

They are in Enable, just not in the Dr. God's version of it, apparently
yeah, I think it was updated once or twice after this version
so I guess lickety uses one of the "updated" ones
I don't think the older version is really available anywhere anymore, although I could be wrong. I think Dr. God has manually added "spam" to his list, and maybe some other words, but otherwise not updated it.
