thanks, gillie. HOET!
thanks gillie HOET too :)

no strudle :(
it's usually spelt strudel, I think
yeah, must be it
I was thinking streudel
but I guess not based on when I typed all 3 in
what I see on google is strudel, as Gillie said. Apple strudel, for instance
yeah, that's what the red line told me
and now I am hungry. Man, those images look yummy
ha
my new word learned is the sp7/8 combo. A scottish kitchen utensil. I mean, wow. Love babble!
I've seen advertisements for those but thought it was a brand name and was surprised when it took. also didn't know it was scottish, but of course it is.
lol yes
for some reason my husband and I are giggling over the fact there is a special utensil for the stirring of porridge
well the name is just great
yes, I love the word!
well, I am leaving 28 for tomorrow. good (whatever time of day it is there) night!
night carla
We have a wooden sp7 in our kitchen drawer! How else would you stir your porridge?
:D I love it. Makes me so happy to learn stuff like this. HIya spellit :)
Hi Sprite. I am recovering from my left knee replacement operation - wonderful to walk with no pain again!
oh spellit I am so happy to hear that! Happy for you in the very first place of course, but my husband is on the waiting list for his first knee replacement. This sounds so good :D
I wish him well then! I am amazed how well it has gone for me and hope he has the same expefience.
from your fingertips to God's ear, spellit. Thank you.
fireflies and poofing. Bye spellit, have a great day.
Lt. Su4/5 huh.
We've had that before
The u words are terrible
i got them pretty quickly
I didn't think they were bad.
its funny I sometimes get stuck on simple stuff in this game (not saying the U's were simple) but sometimes it's the way the grid lays out and your mind reads only certain directions
Agree. So many times a word goes one way, then another way with a plural or extension, and it takes me forever to see it.
gmornin babblers
hi hursh
how's life, ru?
oh pretty good for me ... meeting some friends from Canada for lunch today have the weekend off and I'm leaving for vacation on Tuesday
that does sound good!
going to Haida Gwaii
cool
had to look that up but now i know :D
ha.
i've always wanted to go there
I hope it
nice to make a dream come true!
sorry...hope it's much cooler than sweaty south Texas!
it will be
i'm going to immerse myself in the Haida culture
that sounds great
Now I have to go look all this up, ru. Never heard of it.
they used to be called the Queen Charlotte Islands
we could have a queen charlotte again someday if little George decided to abdicate or something
that was tangential but just occurred to me
well i've found all but one of the U words so i feel pretty good since molly said those were terrible
I might be wrong but those two first kids of william seem incredibly spoiled
i haven't seen them enough to have any idea
but it's probably pretty hard for royal children NOT to be spoiled, unfortunately
the little guy seems less affected by it all
What a weird childhood. Can't imagine having a completely documented life on social media.
especially the british press which is horrible
*Bows to all the u genius types
And how can "royal children" not be spoiled?
um.. these two seem to be overly spoiled more than Harry and william were in my opinion
Hi all.
Any clues for the 8? Ty
Reminds me of an slow animal with a shell.
the s's are more frustrating to me to be honest
Still need 6 of them
phantoms: scrub, scruple
yeah we have no scruples
and we want no scrubs
ok what about spruce then
'morning, folks (and that's an oldie, dan!)
Ty
ah.. ended on an obvious word.. damn
Oh, poor baby
Did it go left? ;)
no right
su7
ah...
i saw the best sign yesterday morning outside a small business
it said: AT BEACH NO SERVICE CALL ME LATER
the US needs more of that
:)
It's sad to be at the beach and see so many people glued to their phones
more pu6 than study lately. you see, i cannot find him.
Their she goes, quoting Ru's favorite movie again
it's gotta be safe now, he finished half an hour ago
aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaggggggggghh
lol
howdy folks
Hey, Carla.
bea!
Ru secretly wishes he were the Dread Pirate Roberts
I once had a neighborhood kid ask me "why is that guy pretending to be a dead pirate"
speaking of bees, this B tile is the worst
phantom airbus
hello all....
pen!
Hello, pen.
Don't worry. Someone will come along and smugly say they thought the b's were easy : D
so true
carla!...Bea!...Molly!... ;oD
i am missing two Bs....
I found one after posting that but still need 4.
ah...found my last two... sometimes the chat can be motivating.... i am too competitive, lol....
and here I thought molly was talking about ruru being smug ;P
:oP
Competitive? People who play this game? Never
Ru is self-admittedly smug
still have 50 words to find...
caesar is a word but not brutus
brutus didn't have a salad named after him...
I am pretty sure I am maxed out with 25 left
Or a birth delivery method named after him.
have only found 3 this morning
3 what?
3 total words
so you have 200 words remaining??
good morning - this whole grid is brutal
I think a B and a C and I don't recall the 3rd
hi, nan....yes, it is a slog....
no creme brule :)
no, tried that as well...
I was thinking that was brulee but I don't know french like you 2
but it is one of my go-tos as it's almost always gluten free
It is brulee
it is but i tried it anyway....there is a b word that is also french...
but commonly used in English....
I found one that is like a men's toiletry
found one descriptive of champagne
5-6-9-5 B4 U2 C A2 T P2 S4 S3 L3 M3
that's the same one as the men's brand here
Where are you heading today, Carla?
and it is also pen's french word I think
there is a bu 5/6 that is a verb....we usually see it as a "one who"....
still in bozeman today, heading tomorrow to Flaming Gorge
i am still at home in case anyone is interested... ;o)
Me too, pen.
thanks, pen. got that set
it's weird I never thought of that job coming from a verb
but it is a beautiful day here....72... sunny and clear....
we had rain most of the night and it's chilly today. leaving a day early because tomorrow is supposed to be rainy and high 47.
Lucky you!
does anyone else have trouble getting to dictionary.com by clicking on the ? next to a word?.....
Someone complained about it the other day, pen.
it's not been a very nice spring here....
had a huge thunder storm move through yesterday afternoon and it is still chilly and damp.
we had beautiful weather in glacier, sunny and mid-70s and no humidity to speak of.
They have changed the link Pen. The new destination sucks
gillie mentioned that the other day so I checked and I can confirm it doesn't work anymore on chrome for mac either.
It is now going to reference.com
yes....
Dumb
try right clicking on the word itself and see if "look up 'word'" comes up in a pop up. I can do that.
Can't believe no one has complained to Dr. God.
found an m, and just saw mael gets a tiara. where is she?
it seems lately that a lot of people are fixing "what ain't broke" and not many are happy about it.
can't click on the word in the list....not a clickable area...
that's why you have to right-click
if i have to do that, might as well just type the word in a new window...
lol, that's no more than clicking on the ?
don't see that option anyway....
oh, well. time to make breakfast and take winston out.
off for breakfast -and chores. Company this aft, so don't know when or if I will get back. Good luck everyone :)
bye, carla, nan....
Look up word is not an available drop down option in Windows. You have to Google search for definitions now
mael has been very quiet lately
yes and she gets a tiara today....
well it's lunch time...bbl...bye all....
Found another word for Chester's drawers.
Dr. God has been made aware of what is different with the new server. So far, he hasn't chosen to change much.

For the ar do a Google search on ar towns in Maryland. For the au do a Google search on au gold coin of Rome
the first time I saw the beautiful ar7/44 tree was on the grounds of the Empress Hotel on Vancouver Island.
Victoria, BC

ar7 is a kind of tree or a town in Maryland
ab7 was a miscall at the flip
Shame on them : D
