Actually we had a beeeyootiful day today. Just brisk at around 11F out there right now.

Jera: excuse me for jumping in here; I second Grey Woulfe's suggestion re garlic capsules. Some brands are odorless so that you don't go around smelling garlicky. They are very good for the heart. You should check with your doctor first, of course.

OK, check that iScrobbler is installed first. Click on Visualiser (top left command menu on iTunes) and below iTunes visualiser it will say iScrobbler if it's installed :) Click on it to tick it if it has, then click on visualiser, options, to get the dialogue box :)

Blaze, iTunes is a free media player :) Babbler, it's the iScrobbler plug in that requires the password, not iTunes. The name/password is the same as you set up on LastFM :)

Dachef, I quite two years ago on Oct. 16th, after about 50 years of smoking. It was the hardest thing I've ever done, and I still crave cigarettes every minute of the day. But I keep hangin in there.
Im a walking advert for quitting the smokes. i was up to about 30 a day,and after i quit everything got better. My energy levels went through the roof, my epilepsy got better cos my circulation improved, I found I was sleeping a lot less and I was generally 100% happier!
To those in the chocolate queue, what will it be?.. Grand marnier, Limocello, maple walnut, Amaretto, Kirsch, or Irish Cream?

the chickens are marinaded b4 they are cooked, and they are all flame grilled, so they lose most of their fat in cooking. The grills are always in the middle of the restaurant so you can actually se your meal being prepared. Always go for the hot ones - the spice is pretty amazing!
