babs, i have mine saved to my computer. resized them + uploaded them from there.
Babs1 - go to "my profile" top right hand corner of the screen then you will see your profile and icon. Under the icon it says edit, click on that and then follow the instructions. Once you have uploaded new pic don't forget to f5 so that you can see it otherwise the old icon will still "appear" to be there.
OMG my icon from yesterday (ALF) is on sky movies... my daughter is watching it!!!!

Babs, I don't have a Mac but I think uploading pics would be the same for IBM compats and Macs Go to: 1. Profile (at top right of this page) 2. Click on "edit" under icon pic 3. Click the "Choose" button at bottom of icon edit page. This should open up your computer. 4. Go to iPhoto. Scroll through your photos until you find the one you want. Double click it and close screen 5. Now hit "Upload" on icon page, (under Choose button) 6. Then come back to this page and refresh your page by hitting the "Refresh" button on your brower

We were at a wedding so she was dancing in a yellow dress in that pic. Now she's sitting on Cousin Maddy's lap. Larger it's a funny picture because of the expressions on their faces. Paige has her finger in her mouth and her cheek is all puffed out and Maddy loves having Paige on her lap even if Paige doesn't always love being there.

Deutch, it depends on what your doctor is looking for -- it an be just a few minutes to an hour. The unpleasant part, I find, is drinking all the barium. The formula keeps changing as they try to make it more palatable, so maybe you'll get a good mix. And I think I'm more bothered than other people. So it's pretty easy, really, and totally passive once you've gotten past the drinking phase.

now im cranky. my friend + i had plans for the last month or so to go out to the beach this weekend to see our friends band play...i havent gotten to see them play in months. she told me on monday that now she cant go (its her familys place that we stay at, so i cant go without her). now ive managed to find actually 2 places where i can stay for free (thanks to the generosity of people i sorta know!) but i dont wanna go all the way out there by myself and i cant find anyone else who is free saturday night. :(

Actually, having lived on both coasts, I think the dry cold is a lot colder (unless you're actually WET in the wet cold, in which case you're doomed). It's sharper, somehow. In Japan it would snow out of a clear blue sky -- now THAT was weird!

Maybe the difference for me, Babbler, is that since it's often rainy and overcast here in Seattle, it doesn't usually GET that cold, compared to the East Coast. We're usually in the upper 40s-50s here in Seattle! I could see how a wet cold at the same temp as a dry one might be worse, now that I think about it! I bet you're right!

Their needs may seem far simpler than our own, and they are most of the time, but they are not morons. They can suprise and delight us, as well as dismaying and annoying and disappointing us. Am back for a moment to say sorry to Miyavi. Not that she will see thism I suppose. About 6-7pm (UK time she was trying to say she had a problem and talk about it, and someone on here, who's name I can't recall right not, but it was a male with no wife an no kids, according to his profile was spouting stuff at her that told her she only THOUGHT she had a problem therefore she did NOT havre problem. This made me so mad, and I wished I'd had her on my MSN. But it was time to get family dinner ready and so I signed out and walked away. I felt thenm and still feel that I should not have done that.

GW - Those are exactly the people who ALWAYS push their opinions on other people, whom they perceive as weak and impressionable.
In general I think it's a good idea to keep the topics in this log, and other list-serves, to the same sort of casual conversation that you might have with a stranger in an elevator or on a plane ride. Fewer feelings get hurt, fewer misunderstandings, etc. Just my opinion....
