I`ve had problems putting words in,but seems to be a little faster now.
I print a copy of it off and type into excel or use pen and paper, then can type everything in later after checking against BJ's list. all a bit ong winded but gets there in the end.

I always write my list before typing them in.This is a result of a disastrous few days when my pc was having problems with the server and my word list vanished.I couldn`t remember my words on line so vowed it wouldn`t happen again.

My twin grandaughters are to be 'dutch girls' in their Christmas play - so have made hats, full aprons and long skirts for the 2 of them - I'm quite pleased with the end result - I'm no seamstress so made it all up as I went along!

kristin - freezing rain is bad too. That's part of the problem I think. Have heard from people coming in that there is ice under the snow. And this is really the first snowfall of the winter, so everyone forgets how to drive and the plows are having trouble keeping up with clearing. I figure if I stay a few more hours traffic will clear. A girl left here at 5:00 and just got home now (7:00) and she lives about 20 minutes away.

Not this one, EB! -- we got her from the pound when she was just 6 weeks old and for the first day I think I let her feet touch the ground for all of about 20 minutes! She bonded with me so completely that she is the first cat I have ever owned that will actually come when I call her by name :)

I found out yesterday that my Malka (tabby) has hyperthyroidism. I have to take her to a clinic in Conn. and leave her for three days. They inject radioactive iodine into the thyroid and then let her cool. I'm very happy that she has something that can be treated and she will be well.

I'm very sensitive about how my cats are feeling, but the treatment is noninvasive and they play tapes of my voice for her and let her watch videos. Also she is served her regular food. It's about as painless as can be.

Yes, I think she will glow. I have to avoid excessive cuddling with her for a week! The two vets who came up with ingenious idea should make the accomodations somewhat posh considering the simplicity of the treatment.
