Okay, it is what I thought: an explosive for blasting, composed of a chlorate or perchlorate mixed with a fatty substance, as castor oil. Alt. spelling (of course). Or, start with the first name of a cuban rebel leader, then add one of your D4/5's.

i dunno if you guys have the same thing over in the UK, but theres kind of an under-the-table giggle whenever you go to a chinese restaurant here (or any restaurant owned by asians -- as this buffet place is) because there are fairly often those kinda of misspellings on the menu...hehe

i hate to stereotype or generalize, but it always seems to be more prevalent with the asian-owned restaurants...hehe
evaN, I do have a giggle but I am also aware that I do not know a single word of their native language, so the fact that they can speak mine makes me feel a bit humble :)
oh most definitely! people who speak english...we almost EXPECT other people to understand us... thats why whenever i go overseas, i try to learn at LEAST a few of the important words...yes, no, please, thank you, restaurant, bathroom....yknow, the things that youre probably gonna ask anyway....heh
Good for you evaN! We have 11 official languages in SA and I am ashamed to say that I only speak and understand two of them.
heh, youre one ahead of me! course, i like to think that i speak english, american + canadian fluently. ;) and my parents speak a language all their own, so does that count?? i never quite feel fluent, but i manage!
Of course evaN, the parent language is a complex and often confusing one! Of course so is that of a demanding toddler, so can I count that too??
