Jeff... I would have to say waiting until everyone else has caught up would be :)) before asking for clues... (... just my POV)
don't put anything in rack letters. change match where to "start of word" and the min. length to 4. change to sort by length. then in "word pattern" put your first two letters, and press go. it should show a list then.
Leslie, there's a much easier way than that in a2z

I'll sound as if I'm boasting now but I used to edit a romantic fiction mag and I was on quite often as an agony aunt. I loved it and wish i was still doing it. The appearances yesterday were connected to the changes in the Adoption Laws in the UK. I found my adopted daughter this year. We get on brilliantly and I'm so happy!!!

I need to understand this. on the stats page, there is a set of grid boxes that are steadily going gray. the bottom row is completely gray; the row above is gray except for the N, which has a 2 above, inside the box, and a 3 below. Can someone help?

help me understand: on BrandyJack's stats page for each puzzle, at the bottom is a list of letter combos in the order they appear in the grid? so would I just use that list from the beginning of each puzzle instead of just finding words randomly? I really am trying to improve; I now only need 27 words to finish...which is a big step up from when I began two days ago.

Angel - you could use that method of following BJ's list. Everyone has their own style. I tend to find as many words as I can myself, then use the list to fill in the gaps.
I start by finding them randomly, alot of words build off of eachother, and then use BJ's list to fine tune for those ones that elude you.
Angel -- I use the same method Haz just described. And it's always so cool to me to find I've gotten a letter or two covered all on my own :)

one of my cats woke up like that one day - couldn't even walked. i was totally freaked out. but it turns out it was some inner ear thing - not a virus or bacterial, they don't even know WHAT it is, and it just goes away on its own in a few days. left a residual head tilt, but it doesn't bother her at all.
