Didn't get to see the Billy Joel one; it came and went really. Last Oct. we saw Savion Glover do his thing but it was unusual in that he tapped to classical quartet...

Well, Jera, I'm not attempting Sudoku tonight. Probably crazy for trying this. We had our Thinking Day event last night (yes I know it is two weeks late) and a 3.5 hour booth sale in the rain today.

Hey. combining celebrations can be a good thing... we had a Girl Scout birthday party at the Library yesterday... they even gave us permission to light candles!
Excellent Jera! The basketball league a lot of these girls participate has a schedule that makes it difficult to plan thinking day at the right time. Combining with GS birthday and GS week is a good solution for us.
That sounds so neat!!! If I hadn't been pressured way too much in my early girl scouting years to sell sell sell and, oh by the way, stay away from my best friend at the time, I would have stayed GSA. (yes, I had an evil harpy troop leader)
I try to avoid the selling pressure. I have girls that pressure themselves and compete against each other good naturedly. I could have done without being out in the rain today though.
