Hi jilli and fran.
Muse, how are you
Like your stone fran. Pumice is a very useful stone.
And jilli - what every made you think of those stones. Neat!
fine thanks, and you?
-y is turning out to be a fruitful suffix today!
thanks angb! it used to be so fun to find a piece on the beach.
Here I am doing this without a list again due to censorship here. Is it possible for someone to copy Angelsong's List for the day for me. BrandyJack put it here for me to copy yesterday. I like to use it after I get to the point of being totally stumped.
i was wondering if someone would use "The Stones", nice icon too angb.
7's: fr, la, na, st, ta -- anyone got another one?
re7
merk, i haven't looked at any lists yet
I was wondering if anyone would NOT use "The Stones" today -- so far two have.
re 7
My excuse is I googled New Zealand stones. And that was one of the first to come up.
Merk, just post it right here in the chat log?
thanks muse and erda
Yes, she did and everyone appreciated it.

hi autumn!
OK Merk,--so just post the entire list right here in the chat log then? (I don't want to make anyone else angry for doing so.)
Hi Fran. Is this as awful as I think it's going to be to finish this grid?
it's not so bad autumn, once you find the good endings.
i'm at 156 right now.
Could someone tell me where the 9 is please?
and i'm sure there are others that are further.
en

Brandy Jack put it here. But you can email it to me if that works for you.
autumn -- it's cold (for here) -- minus 4C (24F)
Merk, the EN 8 and 9 work off the en 6
Do the 8 and 9 build from the 6?
yes
You read my mind ARB
OK here goes...
hi again flosey! This one's too big to enjoy as far as I'm concerned, and not coming easily

hello FranMag, I signed in earlier a
am at work Fran Mag
No, I lost my internet for awhile, but the censor does not like Lickety at all. I think it is because of the links to word lists and the words on the lists trigger bells and whisles here.
TO - as a matter of interest, I've found three words so far which are not in A2Z but are in morewords and accptable here! One of them is our rude friend arse -- not in A2Z!
And the equally rude shat
Does anyone have a clue for the al 5 please?
al + h***, pal!
I don't get that clue.
ty marpocky!
american way of saying hello you
ty
Nonnie says it's an al 5,14 and I just can't muddle my way through to it.
hi BW!
yeah it was the only thing i could thing of for the last half of the word. the h*** word is a slangy greeting
I just lost my internet connection again.
how frustrating for you merk!
I'm down to only 99 words and am too tired to fine more. see you all later.

Is that the way it is spelt Joy - It was the first word I tried - I figured there was another spelling - ?
i believe it's only plural
i thought so too. the plural is accepted, not the singular
yeh, it's the right spelling...I checked the dictionary...
yeh, you're right temple...the plural is what's in the dictionary...but it's not fair...::whines::
TY Joey - I suppose that does make sense

Jean there is one word you WILL get f/5
The weather finally cleared up today - stinking hot and humid.
perfect day here, had a swim
lol just come back to computer Iain yes I already have that one lol
Same here Angb
Lovely - I could have done with one myself.
Andree is Melbourne humid?
I am in sYDNEY
Gee - and there I was looking at your icon. See the heat has got to my brain cells. Well what about Sydney?
as far as I can gather Melbourne is either stinking hot or freezing, we have a much milder climate here, mostly
Been to Sydney a couple of times for one thing and another. But one wonderful holiday we spent in the Blue Mountains
it was a lovely summers day not even hot enough to get me into the water, I was holding a hoop and grandchildren were diving through, one hooked his feet on it and in i went, fully clothed
so then I decided to have a swim
Haha - I love that Andree. Grandmother devotion
Will all those who have nice weather please be quiet It is dull damp and overcast here in Devon
next time I will have the good sense to drop the hoop
Aaah Devon so nice in summer. Oh that's right it's winter ROFL
Iain I was born in Somerset
Iain it is also damp here in somerset, where in somerset were you born angh
a part of the UK I have never been, believe it is lovely despite the weather
Lived in Street.
Angb Speak with Jean1956 she is almost accepted as a local having lived there for 90 years
Still have family in Glastonbury
Iain your only moaning about the weather because I bet its upsetting your golf plans lol street is five miles from here I am in Wells I moved from glastonbury two years ago
ye 4/7 please
ignore iain I am not 90 (brothers for you lol)#
What a small world. You'd probably know my aunt and uncle
you seem to be Jean :-)
may well do Angh as you know street and glastonbury is a small community
Pete and Val have lived there all their lives ...
whereabouts in Street do they live
They are in Glastonbury. St Anns Close I think
you say about a small world i see your in auckland well mine and Iains niece has just moved to orewa last september from Wells thats not far from auckland i believe
Ive heard of st anns close
She actually comes on here to play babble lazaro68 is her player name
People from Orewa commute to the city. Orewa is lovely - seaside town north of the city. We live about 1/2 hour south of the city. Will keep an eye out for her.
back!
Hi fran
angb, don't laugh when you see my triplet score!
I bet she would love it if you said hello especially as you know this area from where shes from angh, am going to be away from computer for few mins as am at work and have some calls coming through

Oh wow - are you really going to sell! big decision!
it is but I need to think about retiring or at least cutting back
maybe you can sell - but still work as an employee and gradually cut down hours - ? sometimes that works for new owners
its not really the hours, I only work 3 days a week, can't even get around the supermarket without a phone call from work!!!

there are some pretty unwordy Ys.

they all have y as consonant
sk 6,30 please ... the one that is not the plural for the sk 5
no what i meant was y then a consonent rather than y then a vowel
Same word, use vowel as last letter, Merk
none, Kazzer. They are all Y - vowel
thanks
there is a strange n4/9 - 5/20 combo that has a y variant
thanx sprite
also a plural sound of disgust
Same word as the sk 6 above it, just use a vowel instead of the plural?
years
oops

thanx Sprite
Thanks, sprite
*luxurious
Don;t worry, I knew what you meant
:)
sprite, wouldn't haev thought they'd have that al-does it mean something aside from the hebrew word?
I don't think so, Eva. Usually it takes an H at the end, I believe.
interesting that it's become a part of the English lexicon
Sprite, I lost my internet connection. I still do not have the second sk 6,30. I did not understand your clue about a vowel at the end.
merk-take the s off the plural one and substitute a vowel
wb Merk. Can't say it any simpler. Just take the plural, drop the last letter and replace it with a vowel.
sprite..could i have a clue for the ae5...im assuming the 6 is the pl
Morning all! What is this K word you're talking about?
hi, gramma.. it rhymes with machine
rolin: the 6 is adjective of the 5. The 5 is plural (latin). Def is fruiting bodies of rust fungi, which bear chainlike or stalked spores.
yo gramma
lol, sprite... everyone knew that!
ty
hi gramma
Exactly, Aloyisius :)
My computer is really acting up. None of the vowels were accepted. I'll try them all again.
Aloyisius I'm sorry I still don't get it.
good morning everyone - how is the grid today?
sk + 3 vowels. Right? It won't work for me. But then I'm having lots of problems tonight.
hodag, that picture is a hoot
think the movie star, ke**u reeves and you will have most of the sk word
ok..gonna do the washing for a bit..then some more marking..bbl..
Merk, if you drop the last letter, you have a consonant left as last letter.
I think so too gramma, poor silly kitty!!...Hi JMann
hey hodag
I have the sk 5 and sk 6, its plural. The next sk 6 I am missing. I tried dropping the plural letter and making it a vowel. That does not work. Then Aloy makes it sound different. I'm lost.
Merk, you are doing something wrong. Take the singular. Put a vowel after it. That is all. And it is NOT the last sk6, but the first.
Merk - take the plura letter and change it for the 2nd vowel
I have sk + two different vowels + the consonant. I try adding a vowel to that to no avail.
well, in that case you have a different babble than we.
I just got three sk's from those clues =)
ooh, hope you get it Merk: I'm not on the list, so no help yet as to the order.. its the only sk 5 and two related words that I have so far
I kid you not, I am brain dead and half frozen. Thank you. I got it.
yay, glad to hear that, Merk
Hi relarion- I love your pic
good
thx kazzer
ty Aloyisius got it. I'm very slow today ( actually almost every day...ssshhh)
My next problem. My words say they are accepted sometimes, but they don't show up on the list. I refresh ... and it takes forever, but they don't show up and when I retype them in, they say they have them. Am I going crazy?
It could be donw to your poor internet link
looking at hodags and retarions icons has got to make anyone's morning smilier!
I am off. Have a great day/night/whatever, all of you, and enjoy the grid :)
ah thats a good thing!!!!!!!
Bye Sprite - have a good day
Merk, save your sanity. Just play on Lickety's site. I've done that before when I'm having troubles.
Bye sprite--TY for clues
bye sprite!
bye, sprite... see you later

Good Morning All! May I have clues for the 9 and the 8's
Tell me what to do. I have typed in all of the words. It does not show my un 6,30. When I type in what I know is the word, it says I have already entered that word, but it does not give me credit for it. No fireworks!
hi peri - just got started myself - don't have them yet
BEST DAY EVER!! We've had a wild stray cat here for a few years. Then about a month ago, we could hear it plaintively meowing forever. We searched and searched and couldn't find her. Ultimately, we gave her up. This morning I look out and there she is! Sitting in the barn dooryard, fat and happy. I'd love to give her a pet but she'd tear me to shreds. I'm soo happy.
wow merk - congrats, but I have no idea how to help you unless it's a cache thing
Very cool gramma - glad it worked out well
peri, en+ what a dog wags
thanks gramma

the other he7 is the same 1st 4 letters plus an abreviation for a west coast state
ursh, switch last two letters of 6 and add straight letter
i'm looking ursh... what are the points?
both he7/36......having to do with the DNA spiral shape
oh maaan, i tried helid but didn't go anywhere else with that.
1st 5 letters same in both words
both he7/36
same 1st 4 plus in***t is immoral and illegal
*bashes self on head*
the other is plural of the noun
Stop that hurshy! we need you
tx all got them
dunno how much good i am today - kinda sleepy
i'm sure everyone will agree with me when i say hurshy sleepy is probably better than any of us wide awake
Well quit hitting yourself on the head!
i am totally out of it myself. think i belong back in bed, not here staring at another big grid
this one is much better than yesterday's though dorens
oh that is true pabtrek, quite true.. hurshy sleepy is still head and shoulders above.
seriously hurshy? There are a lot of really odd ones today. I didn't find yesterday too bad.
is it? i'm so glad to hear it... it doesn appear pleasanter (is that a word?) and i've been working it about half anhour and have over 100 words down.... but the next 158?
Cruised through this one.
i thought yesterday's was one of the hardest ever. but, there is probably a difference between which ones are hardest with the list and which ones are hardest without the list.
and I suppose individyual perception as to what word are mor recognizable. Yesterday was long for me, but I didn't ave much trouble at all finding words... today, on the other hand... yeesh! lol
big difference .... listless is a whole nother story! I did yeseterday's with list, it wasn't bad, but i still feel like a kinder, gentler puzzle today Icoddling myself)
well, i still have 46 to go... we'll see if i change my tune :)
71 to go. Slow movements here...
is there a place to see yesterday's word list? I thought it was archives, but that just seems to be the chat log.
i've been at it about an hour i guess.
Help.. I'm begging for a RA 4/6. This is getting very pathetic
i think it used to be in the archives but maybe not since we switched to this version of the site...
it is an eel gramma, alt sp of a 4/4 (vowels vowels vowels)
would someone tell me what the 8's and 9 start with?
ra 4/6 --- I'm a **nkee doodle dandy
chiley go to yesterdays archive and you will see list of names (people that finished) above the log - click on any name for the complete list of words.
TY
en hurshy
en 8/40 and en 9/54
en... all 3 of them?
un 8/60
ok, got the en's... will now look for u... thanks!
some of the guests over-remained their welcome
w00t, i guessed it!
Ho Hum, I must be overlooking it....when I go to yesterday's archive all I see is the grid and the chat log
AND i only need one more 7! wahoo!!
thats all there is today just the chat log
go hurshy go!
Oh you are right chiley, last time I looked it was still there, sorry.
Chiley, click on the names at the very top of the chat log.
oh good.....
no names there bunny
gooooood morning!

Easy for you to say, Charm. :)
Hi, Dorens

I am done... was wondering if that was hurhy's k
just doing it like babblerabble does
hurshy, no that was his K. Now put it back. You have to share
yay babblerabble
sometimes people call pigs with "sukey" too... and they don't count it. they must be anti-porcinic.
brabble is good guesser :)
My husband is from Iowa, the land of pigs and he's not happy w/this game.
isn't yert a word? a small hut-like thing? Or yerta in Dr. Seuss?
i think it's yurt, and of course seuss words don't count :)
yert is a word but different spelling
rats
raft
oh crap... sorry
Keep em' comin pappa, I'm stuck.
no, they always abandon a sinking ship...
rh5/16?
only apologize if it's a word I already have, pappa!
lol... come on, though... those were easy one... you tellin me you didn't have those? ;) well, in that case... youre more than welcome
a bad pronunciation of an author, ursh?
rh 5/16 -- in mexico the *ca**n peninsula
yes but which author hurshy
any author
another word for author
spelled as weirdly as possible
should be *uca**n peninsula
Cute, I got it Hursh, TY.

I'm still trying for the last re word. It can't possibly be as difficult as I'm making it.
nope, it's an antique
TY
hi all!
hey, MVA
so, listless i'm down to 107.... goal is to get to 100 then take a brake. hi mva
you can do it, dorens!
down to 66 and the list is tempting me ....
36 here...
45, I'm whipping out the list.
i found a couple more y's though :) :) :)
tosses vitamins and geritol to the listless
you are way ahead of me, well over 100 left!!
I gotta say, you all amaze me... I can't get very miany without the list normally... and while I am getting better, There's no way I'd be able to crank out 200 of these words today without the list
East there bunny.... let's not be whipping things out. This is a good clean site
thanks, BR - but too weak to catch them
i thought neutre would be a brit spelling
I meant easy
well, smooth, the chat does help a lot
LOL good one hursh
see, I tend to ignore it completely when I'm in the grid
sure, i'm with you hursh..... centre, why not neutre?
dont forget metre or litre
i ignore it to a point, smooth, but check from time to time and pick up some words here and there
Gramma, I'm whipless....
these n's are a mite tricky
stun
lol sorry
everyone still in their jammies raise their hand........
*raises hand*

Fingers for lunch? I got lost in here somewhere or moved to the cannibalism site unknowingly.
hi denny
bye gramma and hello denny
smells like i need to run the catgenie
TY Smaller (they aren't all sweaty too are they?).
might try a peanutbutter and tuna sandwich with just a dash of horseradish
ewwwwwwwwwwwwwwww
I thought it was noon, but it was 1. That explains why the kids were circling like vultures....
hurshy, nope that's me, i'm stinky from my run, sorry
not sure whether to dive in. like to do the smaller grids cos I don't have enough time. maybe one or two words eh?!
lol smaller, you may be, but one of my cats did poop, too.
Interesting sandwich, bablle
denny - if you care about rankings, the worst thing to do is just get a few words. if you don't then, enjoy!
I like apples in my tuna sometimes, can't eat peanut butter though.
babblerabble, ugh
apples and grapes in tuna...em good!
BR - eeeeewwwwwwwwwww!!!!!!!!!!
i used to care about them, but not so much now. it's more self gratification knowing i can complete a grid!
hurshy, you're smelling babblerabbles sandwich. so stinky even in contemplation
lol smaller!
well i think there are a lot of stinkinesses around then!
Denny, it doesn't matter anyway. Once you type in one word, you feel obligated to enter the rest!
hey yogalatte. are you there?
i finished a grid....
.....once
oh don't i know it. and my husband and kids!!! i'm getting 'the look' now!!!
...i think
LOL
Use the duct tape.
I've only finished one as well!
lol bunny!!!!!!
i blame the chat log for my poor babble completion rate
I hardly ever get to finish the grids but I do enjoy the rest and relaxation I get from hunting and pecking
me too!
and i blame my job as well
I have finished every grid that I completed
lol
lol--me too!
lol
what is your job smaller?
i so want to find bats in the belfry and i've only been here 2 minutes!
gave up on stats. just 1 finished, so cherish my one fireworks display. only wish I'd taken a pic to keep!
funny when you start babbling - important to finish and get up in the ranking but now not a big deal finish or not
I'm an astronaut. and i'm in space right now. the other guys keep hogging the toilet hose
lol mom!
lol smaller
lol smaller
lol smaller!
ahahhahaaa--smaller!
selfish!!!
mom23-oh i love that firework display
lesformore, yes they are. and they ate all the apple cobbler gel packs like the first day.
try the Tang, dry!!!
next trip smaller sneak in prune packs
well, some rascal here is hoarding the dust mites!!
mom23-but then they'd hog the toilet hose even more.
I really think "afts" should be a word.
not if you grab it first!
mom23- i like how you think!!!
babblerabble-for your sandwich?
i am sure we have discussed before the snarf is a word or should be !!
duh--only took half an hour to realize a word's been used several times in the chat!
And shart.
then babblerabble could just snarf is sandwich down and not share
the sandwich word, mom23?
mind you no one wanted a share of that sandwich
ursh, he's going to need the toilet hose after eating that sandwich. for both ends
yup
lesformore and mom23-thanks for the clue!!
thought my cat would've picked up on it before me1
welcome
me!, not mel, whoever he is
Afternoon all
hey, I scarfed the sandwich and now have more elbow room to work
I'm dense...the sandwich word went over my head

my pure, disney-esque brain is just the effin un8. yet another clue please?
I think it's old English for 'known', Denny
no hurshy k4/8
think of oldfashioned word for corsets, smaller. You
en + thing a dog wags + more of that + plural
i know, i joke
un8 - un + ****! (command to the dog to sit in one place) + past tense.
smaller..if you don't go, you ****...then past tense
You lace them up the back. The word means uncorseted
Thank you (hugs) Nonnie

and it's everyone-wear-pink day

<----Hands Pappa and BabRab pink slippers.
is the elifant gonna wear a pink tutu too?
ah, lucky it's same attire for St. Mattress--pink robe and always plenty of {{{{{{{}}}}}}}s
ooo i can feel the shiver of fear from everyone. the power of dictator is intoxicating.
careful smaller - there may be a revolution!
Is that your kitty, mom?
who's behind me?
some of us are pretty revolting already
are we having fun yet?
lol
mom23-and because of the inate dedication, you're second in command. ....should something happen to me (like a the call of a bubble bath) you are to take my place
having fun in 3-2-1...
hi,grammy
yes, hydra--that's George who's on my s-list today for scaring away birds feeding at window
CONTACT
Depends, are you wearing pink or eating tu**, horseradish & PB sanwiches?
so... no-one's behind me then :-(
oh, tks, smaller. i'm not worthy, but will try to fill your running slippers
how ironic, given my astronaut disclosure of earlier
SMALLLLLLLLLLLLER!!!!

thx bunny
He's gorgeous. My Felix has brought us a mouse every
Ooopsy :(
will check for stuff first!
denny, yes please. i'm all for manifestos. let's make yours a girlifesto though
ty bunny ;o)
Nutster!!!!!!!!!!!!!
NUT!!!!!
I was going to add, every night for a week. I don't approve of him catching birds. He gets soundly told off.
tks, hydra--i tell him all the time how handsome he is
CHICCCCCY
How's Bouvet Island today?
definitely. now 1st order of the day - it will be law that you MUST have a bar of chocolate when you settle down to Babble - how's it sounding so far?
beats me
Allergic...
Denny, I'm on board with that!
I'm abnned for life?!?!
chocolate free chocolate is fine - just give it to me!! I'll make it choccy free!!
no, bunny, you have to feed your kids a bar of chocolate before you sit down to babble
leaving to go get some chocolate...brb
hi, all,. btw
And let the madness ensue!
2nd order of the day - regular coffee top-ups - preferably Starbucks or Caffe Nero or some place similar...
i'm more into tea, Denny--and will choc covered pretzels do in a pinch?
Have a Venti cup of Cinnamon Dolce Latte next to me
3rd order - absolutely NO interruptions once the game has commenced!!!
Oh wait, they are at my Mom's house. I'm mentally zapping over loads of chocolate as I type.
starbucks offers 401K and health benefits. that'd be a great place to work. coffee and chocolate everywhere
it's that salty/sweet thing
that sounds really good klaurel
sorry on the interruptions, I have two kids
klaurel that sounds delicious...
klaurel that sounds delicious...
you're stuttering, denny!
mom23 - has american tea improved? when i was there on holiday I haveto say it was nothing like a good cup of etley over here!
we can buy etley over here
lack of chocolate and caffeine - husband and kids taken it all - what will i do...
*tetley - altho' I don't know why I said that - we use PG Tips!
klaurel-but we're not very good at steeping over here
I have black Folgers in my cup. When I want hot tea, I use a Lipton tea bag. How's that for plain Jane?
i prefer Tetley British blend, followed by Eng. brkfst, then Lady Grey
tu6/36??
Denny, duct tape! It's way under-rated. I keep it on hand at all times.
hey, we are too, we have teabags that steeped
i think that's the difference between what we call "tea" and across the pond tea
felt
I did not do that, my doppleganger did
klaurel- exactly, we're lazy steepers
I am Chinese, I make tea the old fashioned way - when I make tea
does parcel tape work the same? got 2 rolls in front of me..
could just kill for a grande vanilla latte - half shot of vanilla - but it's a sunday and everywhere is shut
I bet it would, hurts more when you pull it off though.
klaurel, that's neat! i'm tea-making ignorant
is parcel tage the clear stuff?
smaller said she's ignorant!
*tape
no the brown stuff
Is there another way to make tea than stick a bag in hot water?
evo - the kids are adorable
nut - i'm very ignornant. "parcel tape" makes me think of "parsel tongue" from harry potter
thanks, renster and i were cute...best change it though
yes, you can have loose tea leaves and a tea ball
ah, thank goodness for a leader who can admit they don't know something or may have made a mistake--US could use one!
the tea ball is like a little spherical strainer that keeps the leaves in (mostly).
Guess what I found? A whole bottle of pre-mixed Bloody Mary's left over from Christmas. And man oh man are they good.
Too much work. I'm laaazy.
oh for the olden days pre-bags
okay, much better icon
Use leaves & ball when company comes, but I'm usually a one cup at at time drinker (well, tea anyway), but do leave bag in cup 'til I'm done
Gramma, wanna share the wealth, it's one minute past noon here. As far as I'm concerned, that is in the evening!
evanout, that's very funny
tx gramma
6.02pm here
Very funny, Nutty!
ooh, gramma. my tea's down the sink--pass the Bloody Mary, pls
mom23- i only admit humility b/c people often can believe how perfect i really am. i'm just doing my part to blend with common folk. i've been dictator for about a half hour. i can tell i'm perfecter : )
right - son is having tantrum cos doesn't want his bath so better go be bad mum!! see you all later.
bunny, my daughter called me from Chicago ( where it wasn't Noon) and said she was on her way to her favorite bar. While we were chatting I started to choke on a bit of potato. And she told me to take a drink. Which I did. and I don't think I'll quit just yet.
Bye Denny
fent
lol gramma!! bye denny!
Finish the bottle Gramma, it'll soothe your throat :)
hello : )
hi babbler!! long time no see!
Hey Babbler!
mom23, it's not for vegetarians as it is made w/ beef-a-mato. sooo delicious. If that doesn't offend you you're welcome to some. Be careful though, it's very strong
you can only post good words by mistake!
al5? prolly right in front of my face
ok, had an IM break, let's see if i can be un-stuck now

Hi Pam and well done Ursh
hi pam.. how areyou?
mini me is a grandma! whoa, now i feel weird.
okay, thanks, dorens.
Yes hursh not may of us around they all seem to be kids below a half century. Congrats on the Fireworks
hursh, you are only beginning to feel weird now? having read your humor over the last few months,......
that's not true, there's plenty of over 50 peeps
there's shorty, and grammaterri, and hodag, and exwren...
I like being called a kid though :)
dorens, elaborate
Hi folks. Oh goody! I'm a 'kid'. *smiles broadly* That Marc chap's very nice.
lol dorens
you're so funny, your brain is so quick... that isn't neecessarily weird, but you are certainly off the charts and decidedly different from most people ... that is weird in a good way, though, i like that kind of weird!
hi Jac
OK sorry, sorry,
Hi Babbler.
Not really Jac - he suggested that I was an old girl
ursh - He did? Oh dear!
don't apologise Marc...:)
I liked it too, Marc
everybody is yuneke
Hmm Babbler anyone under 50 would!!!
Hey, Hurshy, a week ago your number one on the Who's Hot Babble list, congrats.
hi jac (and there are far too many of us "old girls" to take offense at that.
ok...everyone line up by age...we're going to pick teams
oh, lol marc, it's just random whose name gets at the top - but i'm sorry i missed it :)
sorry popped out room, Hi to everyone who has just come in
Hi Dorens.
Lol, Les.
hi guys, back for a bit more.
Only kidding - King Kong on TV here - wonder if it is worth watching - or should i rather surf
hrm. I often unstar msgs in gmail
I liked seeing you up there at least someone I was familier with.
Hi All
hehe
Ursh, is it the old one or the new one?
The new one - any good??
Fary Wray or the new one, Ursh?
Fay Wray. LOL
It's okay. Still cruel to the gorilla though.:(
How can any of you be on the grid and still be chatting, I have a hard time doing both. I have to get back the grid because the wife is set on getting me to the gym today to excercise. I hate exercising but I need it.
cruel to be kind...
I didn't like the new one. I may have had my expectations to high after LOTR though.
I saw some of the special effects and they were impressive - the movie wasn't so great though
I got a birthday card once that said : How old would you be if you didn't know how old you are? It's a great question to think about
I cant chat and look for words very easially either, marc
I agree the new one is missing something.
Multi-tasking.:)
It's hard to ignore chat, my self discipline comes and goes....
I have a hard time not watching chat for clues when I first start on the grid
i just make my window narrower until i've found 80% of the words so i can't see the chat
anyone watching footballl today?
ch1212 - good question - i would be 42-45 - street wise but still interesting
my husband is!
Takuma - You could switch over to Who's Online or My Friends. You won't see chat or clues that way.
see you all later!!!!
I just click on My Friends so that the chat is hidden...
it's a good football sort of day. :)
bye pam
bye pam
I'd never re-expand my window then, hurshy ;)
Bye Pam. Go Bears!
Lori... watching the bears again?
'Bye, Pam.
go seahawks!
but if i saw that my friends were on, i'd want to chat with them. i have to not know.
I've tried that, but I'm akratic; and chats intrinsically fun sometimes
LOL, hursh.
I would be around 30, I think. When I was 18 I wrote a song with a line about "Mostly I'm 30, but then I'm 500, carousel riding again." And I still feel that way in my 50's
i'd be 18 :)
Takuma - You could do what I usually do: print the grid off (or write it down) and do as many words as you can on paper.
and 60.
I think I'd be about 35 ch1212.
another good idea, jac
I suppose 18 going on 60 could be good hurshy
often when people appear to be on they're not chatting...
chat is most definitely fun... it can slow you down some, but you do get some good clues for some words you might never have known. and sometimes it really does have me laughing out loud
good point, sherb -- I rarely log off, so it looks as if I'm here but I'm really not.
i just want to be 60 cause i wish i'd gotten to live through some of the history that i didn't get to live through, and cause i like old music and stuff
truthfully, peeking at chat a bit while I begin doesn't bother me so much; I just have a policy of avoiding clues early. A policy I regularly violate ;)
This is the only adult conversation I have during the weekdays, you can only say so much to two four year olds.
some policies are meant to be violated
hurshy, another interesting question is, how old do we think some of us are? You, for example, don't list your age in your profile -- I guess I've been assuming you were in your late 40's, early 50's based on your writing.
same here, bunny: except in my case it's 18-years rather than four-years
how old does everyone else think i am?
28 hurshy
30 ish
I'd say 36
I know how old you are...
The re 7 please? (stoopid re's...)
me too
I'd ask the same question if my age weren't in my profile.
in your thirties
i'd have guessed 30's... but sometimes i think much younger
maybe we just assume everyone else is around our own age...
i think i assume that
bunny I haven't looked at your profile but I'm guessing in your mid 30's
not always, but I notice some people do do that, hursh
when you are older, you learn to be more self-re*****
re7 it's good to be self-re7
so ... hurshy, how old are you? (C'mon, please)
Lori: RE 7 In need of... as in The Bears are RE***** on a stroke of good luck, if they have hany hope of winning this game. ;)
Hi Babblers--back from Mass and ready to try this tough grid again.
29
so are you going to enlighten us, or is that too personal to ask
Ack! Thank ye (mumble, mumble grumble)
NO WAY! Really?
oooh... so close, I was hursh
hi scrabs.... it isn't the easiest, but not all that bad
G'd afternoon Scrabbler
I guess that isn't too far off Ch1212, 28.
ciao guys. have fun
ch1212 guessed fiftyish :)
You're very mature for your age, hursh.
TOUCHDOWN SEAHAWKS!
bye takuma
Hursh, when is the big 30?
Later Takuma
Bye Takuma
bunny, you're very wise for one so young! :)
ciao ciao Takuma :)
july
aren't we all 29? :)
LOL sukee!
Thank you for the compliment. I always fell a little back woodsy in here, lol.
Yes, sukee!
I've been 29 for 12 years now. It's cool.
bunny, 'wise' in the sense of emotional/spiritual wisdom, from what you share with others.
i've only been 29 for six months, still getting used to it.
29 - that was a good year!
lol I'll be there in about m years ;)
jeez.. again, fingers aren't typing right... about "2 years"
So far, my 40's have been the best decade. I finally felt like an adult at 42--I stopped caring what other people think or say.
Babble women are all hot...no matter the age!!! *s*
When I turned 29 I just told everyone I was 30, because of the grief so many people gave me, not believing it really was my 29th. So I wound up being 30 for 2 years in a row
lol ch1212
Oh, yeah, LesForMore, I am just SIZZLING!!!!
can I have a clue for the CA 6 pls
Scrabbler knows. My confidence has grown significantly in my 30's. In my 40's, I please myself, and care not what people say.
since i'm around teenagers, age doesn't matter - we're all just "old" to them!
Another hot flash, Scrabbler? :)
hello all -- brb need to care for a dog...
I feel much more liberated, emotionally and mentally.
Hi & 'bye, stid.
TD Chic--no flags
hi stid
Yep
hey stid
hurshy, you' teach high school?
Go Bears!
Thirty doesn't scare me any, made the hubby sweat bullets though.
i tutor, my husband teaches.
I went through "surgical" menopause, instantly, just over 3 yrs ago, so, yes, sometimes my body temp suddenly jumps to 106 F. The steam comes out of my pores.
I didn't mind 30 at all, but 40 knocked me sideways.
lori... what did we learn last time? ;) the gam'es still early... they haven't got a prayer. ;)
Scrabbler - I know the feeling!
i taught a couple of classes last year but i like tutoring better.
I definitely like myself more as I'm older.... that bit about experience that all those old people used to talk about when I was younger... i couldn't get it then. I do now. I wouldn't want to be young again (except maybe physically)
can I have a CA 6 clue pls?
looking phan
ca6 - cowboy horse word I think - ca + cons + I ***d to be a teenager many years ago
I agree, Doren.
ca + sometimes vowel + what's the *** use of the Seahawks ? :-)
i can see where tutoring could be much more enjoyable than teching a full class
yes, the way i've set it up this year, especially - i only get kids who really want help.
Absolutely Dorens! No going back for me. Only better and better ahead.
teching? teching? maybe I need a tutor
i wonder if i will ever like myself...
I like me half the time :)
Hey, the sk's are a new one for me. DIdn't know that variance.
well, if you don't... remember that we lilke you
lol lori... It's not that I like the seahawks, but they are playing against the team I loathe the most in the NFL... so right now, they have my full suppoort. ... It's on!
Good afternoon/evening all.
took a dog to the vet once to be tutored--
thanks :)
hello Haz
my only escape is babble and i've got such a head ache i can't concentrate
wahoo, done with C!
Make that choice, hursh--life is easier when you do.
Evening Haz
Smooth, I just had to lob a little one. :)
Hell, Haz.
lol
LOL mom23
Afternoon HAz
hi haz
easier said than done, scrabbler...
hi haz
Missed your entrance. G'd afternoon Haz.
{{{hurshy}}} focus on the things you do well, embrace them, and know that *you* is wonderful! :-)
Just waved goodbye to guests - time for me to babble now!
evening Haz :)
Oops! I meant HellO Haz.
scrabbler, I keep forgetting how much OLDer you are than me... *wicked grin*
hooray, babbling is better with haz around!

oops
It's okay - I knew what you meant, Jacula!
need more help with the CA 6 pls
hello stid (and we've already decided that older is BETTER(
Yes, I am rather ancient, Stid, LOL
STID! I need to bother you with a pesky plant question again.
What a nice compliment - thank you hurshy!
yw :)
bother away, bunny -- I'll answer if I can (though there are others here much more wise)
hello all. gloomy day here for me. can't get any of the sk words, can i have some help please
LOL Dorens! but we already knew that! :-)
i couldnt get that ca clue
alt sp of a thingy of wool, mag
I didn't even know there were any sk words...
and the four adds 2 vowels.
I planted my bulbs in Oct and I'm already seeing growth (til the freeze today anyway). Thought they wouldn't come up til spring. What did I do wrong?
hi magzel
ca + sometimes vowel + I could *** a cup of coffee
global warming, bunny?
ha! my tom's OLDest brother is in the grid today! (he's even older than Scrabbler, if that's possible)
*pouring a hot steaming mug for LoriP*
Thank ye Dorens!
you didn't do anything wrong bunny -- it has been quite warm where you are and tricked a lot of things into early growth.
OK, I do bunches of things wrong, but you can't blame global warming on just me!
I remember him (ke4)!
poor fooled plants
gotta take the kids fundraising; They are collecting $ for world vision and in Feb they will fast for 30 hrs!
They'll still come back in spring won't they?
we have got crocus's growing already and they dont normally come out till March/April
oh, i've done the 30 hour famine, phan!
I've never seen roses all through winter before, but they're everywhere this year.
they should be fine, but I would try to mulch them to keep the top growth from being hit too hard. It's usually not the freeze that harms plants like that, but rapid freeze-thaw-freeze cycles
yes, they should do fine in the spring (assuming critters don't eat them)...
speaking of mulch. my hoomegrown compost is okay for mmulch, right?
mulch is a funny word
Good, I planted TONS of bulbs. I'd hate to have really messed em all up. TY
that ca6 is also the name of a native tribe and range of hills in the NW U.S.
what can you do to a cup of coffee for the ca
I have roses still blooming and a clematis that normally flowers in March began blooming 2 weeks ago.
yes, compost is great for mulch, but tends to not have a lot of air in it, so it takes more by weight to provide the same thermal insulation.
hey margie
{{{bunny's bulbs}}} I want pics when they start doing their thing!
ca + sometimes vowel + I will be am***d if the Seahawks lose
Hurshy, my kids really like doing the famine, this is my oldest's 6th year and my youngest's first!
i am margies 26 year old daughter. i like to play but i have never finished a puzzle
thanks stid, that explains it. (someone was telling me no, but I thought yes)
mag, sorry you're having a gloomy day, I just got here so can't help. *offers home-made doughnut instead*
I will, but you might be disappointed, lol.
thats a mighty big "if" lori.
world vision is a great org.
hi margie's daughter.. tell her barbara's sister said hi
thanks hurshy and hello babbler and the bulbs you planted in oct bunnyv, will be ok. the tops will freeze off but they will come back again
i will, i know barbara, my mom loves her
yes indeed; < than 10% goes to administrative costs too, I like that
yes, they are the main org i donate to
I'm about to do a mass order of my spring plants. I'll probably kill em all too, but I'm looking forward to it!
well, I better go then.
later phand!

Bye Jac
later jacula!

yes! I had two and a nectarine, now just one of each
Later Jacula
do you like peaches?
i LOVE peaches and nectarines
I saw a fruit cocktail tree in one catalog, nectarines, peaches, apples and three others. All on the same tree. I have fruit trees here already, I just don't know what they are.
if i could live on just one food that would be the one
i am hopelessly searching for de7--help please

OK Jacula that was just showing off but a much better clue than mine.

Hello hodag.

hi Jac
cyber - think of a girl's name (our dead princess, Charles' first wife). Change last letter of her name.
or similar to sierra le***
howdy kristinc(mew)
thank you -- thought Id tried that!
2 s's and 3 f's -- going for a cold drink first!
cyber - I've been doing that all day. Also thinking I'd put words in when I hadn't. I think one grid just melds into another sometimes!
Let's try to guess what cyber needs. Hmmm... fa6/30 = fa**** matter or poo!
Actually, in US, you may well spell that without the first 'a'.
hey...that was the one f I was missing! :) ewww!
fe5/18 = fe + the top of a can or a box.
LOL, kristinc.
very good clue..ty
Not sure about the 3rd 'f' as there are some quite obscure words in the list.
y/w, hodag.
I wonder if it's 'sk' words she's mising?
*missing
*whispers* you do know she went for a break right (but I like the clues) :)
Yes, I know she went off for a cold drink. I was just playing a little game trying to guess what words she might be needing.:)
I'm not complaining :)
I'd better stop now before her clues scroll off the page.
gramma made me laugh earlier on today when she asked us all to stop Babbling for 20 mins whilst she went off for a shower 'in case she missed anything', and again when she went for a smoking break. We all swore we HADN'T Babbling in her absence.;)
*been Babbling, that is.
yep... it takes my computer forever to load the whole chat, so of course people should oblige while others step away :)
a little coke, a little appleton estate, and a chocolate -- that ought to help!
cyber - Hello again. Scroll back for the clues I think you might need.
(Start at 6:52 posting by me.)
rh? I tried getting it from the points but can't
sounds good nan
rh5/16 = a Greek drinking horn. Sounds a bit like a girl's name - think Miss Coolidge.
was missing the poo one -- thanks
(rh + sometimes vowel + childish 'thank you'.)

Hi mousey. In the context you are using it, the word is 'hail'.
ta5/16 please
hello all
Hi jilli
You don't mind me giving your grandson spelling lessons, I hope, hodag?
Hiya jilli! How are you?
oops that was check. Hi jill
back again. hello mousey! are you having a good weekend?
like the sicillian mob but with different first letter, peri
cyber - Thank you!
rrrrrrrr! all hail mr bob is not in the dictionary
hello Jill!
I'm faced with 46 to find and am working on the r words now.
my phantom word: sleuth
stidmama did you see my post about the Elegant Cheese Pie recipe?
I don't think I've had a phantom word today. Unusual, that.
no, sorry was tossing a ball for a dog... will scroll back in the archives
I don't mind at all sometimes grandma could use them also
jac i dont need spelling lessing
We wanted to go on a sunset excursion to Stonehenge when we were in London last summer, but the tours were sold out
jilli - I'm only here to clue. Ask away.
*drool* sounds yummy, peri!
LOL, hodag!
stid -- I looked up that soup recipe -- looks good. I'm afraid I collect recipes like mad and then never make the things (usually too much for one)
bye all bed time for me
you don't have to stid. it is very easy and made with cream cheese, no crust. Would you like it? I will e-mail it to you and hodag when I find it or post it in bab anon, okay
In my youth you could wander around Stonehenge at will. These days, it is mostly cordonned off.
Goodnight, mousey.
jac -- I take it your Stonehenge covers both the religious structure and today's theme of Stones!
jilli, I made soup and freeze most of it in small containers. then I can take them out as I need them
last sk6/30 please
yes please, peri! (I am the same way with recipes -- now when I get a new one, I post it on the fridge door so I see it every time I walk by!)
Andree - plural of the sk5/18.
This was a small tour that had arranged for participants to go into the circle
sweet dreams, mousey
do you think this one would freeze well?
I do the same with new recipes and some old stid
good night dink..LOL
jilli - re my icon. Yes, it does.
still need ta5/16 please
clues anyone!!
Jill, I think it would freeze okay, and you could also "downsize" it very easily.
the only one i have is FATS
peri - ta5/16 is like the Sicilian heavies, of which Al Capone was once a member but with 't' as the first letter.
can I get a clue for the re 7 pls
tried a new cookie recipe for Christmas -- like a shorbread but a ribbon cookie -- one part orange flavoured and the other chocolate -- yummy. A lot of work to prepare, but once done, made over 60 2x2" cookies
I have that one jac need the other sk6/30 please
I've had several visits to Stonehenge, the last one being in 1968 and there was nobody else there but hubby and me! We wandered at will
ooh re 7: a type of "K car" the Plymouth re*****, to be independent is to be self re*****
i.l.y. The etiquette here is not to type words into the chatlog.
thnx!
that sounds really cool, nan! I love cookies that are pretty
jilli - sounds great!
Andree - sk5 with a vowel at the end. EEEH! I dunno! I do work hard on these clues. LOL.
thanks jacula, what an odd word, new one for me
back to the grid for a bit...
Help with un6/30 please???
Choc/orange cookies sound yummy, cyber. Please post the recipe on my thread on BabAnon.x
ta5/14 please
Erda: didn't have sensation? un + f4
sk 5: sk + not me (single letter) + article of speech
I created a coulieflower chicken chowder yesterday that was awsum!!!
thx jac, spent ages on that
Jacula -- I opened a new recipe "box" at babanon the old one had got so many pages it was getting hard to find things!
TY stidmama!!!
that sounds lovely, hodag! good time of year for chowders...
we need the recipes catagorized
hodag would you mind emailing that recipe to me
stid - did you? I haven't been in there for ages.
that's a good idea, nan! *trying to think how to do that retroactively*
sure will peri
good idea regarding the recipes nan
lol
help please!!
anyone have ta5/14 please
I think metaleather put a lot of recipes in there. I hope she tried them first. I did try to say I never put recipes in there that I haven't either invented or tried and tested. I hope she wasn't offended but the thread did rather 'run away with itself'.
don't know what to do about the old ones but perhaps a new box for each catagory in the future?
i.love.you -- have you read the hints at angelsong's resource pages? go to http://www.freewebs.com/angelsong/ and read what's there. It will help you.
ta5/14 is a herb. It has tiny button yellow flowers.
ta 5/14: an herb -- rhymes with the "face" flower
good idea, nan.
sorry peri, not that one yet
thanks nan, never seem to see that one
cyber - I can save all of the old thread and sort it out wherever, I guess. Not tonight though!
thanks Jacula
LOL I pull that out as soon as I see it! it's pretty, but poisonous...
HALFWAY! off to grab list.
i.l.y. you can also scroll down here and go to Friends of Babble and click on AngleSong's page. Lickety's List also helps by telling you the first and second letters of the words in the grid, how long they are, and the scare they earn
I'm off to make supper -- see you at the flip :)
bye nan!
hi all, back for my last 78
seeya nan
hi Nat
*score* (sometimes the words give you a scare though! -- lol
stid - ta5 used to be used in foods as it kills gut worms of all kinds. However, taken in excess, it can cause convulsions and or hallucinations, somewhat like the thuja in the drink Absinthe does.
'Bye, cyber. Hi, Nat.
Hi nat
I am back with only 5 to go. Does anyone have a clue for ca5/18?
jilli - Have you received my sn5/10 mail re Crete yet?
Hello again, Marc. Yes, I do. Would you like it?
LOL
Yes if possible, thank you?
It's the first 4 letters of a US sunny state.
*Sorry, 5 letters.
re7 anyone
Not Florida!
That was easy, I am from there.
Tee, hee. Knew you'd get it, Marc.
I didn't think so as there are no 'o's' in the grid.
peri, if you can do things for for youself you are self re*****
thanks Natash
evening folks
yes jac -- haven't had time to enjoy it properly yet but went through it quickly -- thanks -- looks wonderful! (You know how babbling gets in the way of other things you want to do!)
peri - re7 - if you can look after yourself and your are confident, you are self-re*****. Failing that, think of the make of car Del Boy in 'Only Fools & Horses' drives - a 3-wheeler, a Robin Re*****.
st5/18 please
woot woot - 200 words left - think I can do it? hi all
and jac -- thanks for the sn5 word I hadn't got yet!
hi TnC!
hi tea!
st 5/18 really smelled bad
peri = st5/18 smelled awful and the 6 still does
LOL, jilli re the Babbling getting in the way & the missing word. Hi to anyone who' just tuned in.
(ungrammatically)
thanks jilli
i decided not to do the grid today, and ended up bored and not knowing what to do with myself! and now it's way too late to start.
hi, jilli and stid and jac
hi feather -- never too late to start... LOL it's only 80 words (and less) per hour...
No, it's not, feather. You've still got 4 hours 8 mins.
hehe, not by my tiredness clock though!
woo hoo, FIREWORKS for me. Thanks for the clues. time to watch Desparate Housewives. See you all tomorrow
congrats peri!
YAY peri!!!!
Well done, peri! See you tomorrow (if I ever emerge from the humungous pile of washing I have to do).
I started at work and didn't get far because I felt guilty
yay, peri!
*examining Jac's hands and noticing laundry powder...*
how is work going otherwise, Tea?
T'n'C - women have felt guilty since Eve got blamed for the apple thing! Babble and be done with it! LOL.
awfully slow right now - I've been actually in the tax office since the week after Christmas and did my first paid return today.
stid - I use liquid, not powder. Powder clags the works up.
it was only the third paid return for our office
Ah! If you work in the tax office I withdraw what I said about guilt! ROFLOL.
same here, Jacula! our water is too hard for powdered detergents, and I refuse to use water softener because it's really bad for the environment.
man, that's slow, tea! do you think people are just waiting? *really hoping you don't get a huge rush in Marcy...*
this office is only open for the second year, and it is in a higher income area, so it really doesn't get busy until the end of March/beginning of April, but it should stay steady until then
we were only able to start e-filing as of Friday, and W2s don't have to be out until the 31st of January - we'll see!
stid. Believe me, I'd rather have our hard water than soft water. Have you seen the scum on London water? It's vile! At least our water is clear, not white, and doesn't clog the kettle up.
not too bad, then... I suppose richer people need more time to gather the paperwork. We have ours calculated by the end of this week most years... *sigh* almost everything is straight-forward with us. No fancy investment schemes to manipulate.
I don't like how my hair feels when I wash it in soft water, to be honest. Too "soapy." blech.
when we were at my grandma's, i used my "normal" amount of suds for daniel's bath...boy was i surprised at the difference her soft water made!
yeah, the office I worked in before was super busy, so this is a switch for me, but I like the slower pace. Our taxes are done with the exception of having hubby's W2 - oh well
Help on the AL 5 and the AN 5/20?
I could have my own water supply as there is a natural spring on my land. However, the bore hole, tests etc., cost around £10,000.:(
Bllody beaurocrats!
that, sucks, Jac
stid the an 5 is the elephant god of india
35 to go - brb
thanks, ak!
first 3 letters of the joint between the foot and leg and not we but another plural
al5/14 is the name of a black pop 'artiste' who died in the eearly 2000's, I believe. AL + personal pronoun + upper class 'yes'.
*thinking* thanks knitter!
To all loved ones and everyone else, I am done. The wife is calling and I am in trouble for being late for dinner. Have a great evening and will see you all sometime tomorrow.
congrats marc!
good one jac - thank you!
aknitter - Hi! It's an elephant goad. A pole with a hook or a barb at the end.
night, marc! and congrats
!
I thought his name was ganesh... *thinking more*
YAY Marc!
stid - a goad, not a god.
jac that sounds uncomfortable lol
remember me talking about my cat the other night? her sister has taken over her "spot" on the couch and is keeping me company. and she's been sleeping with me and cuddling with me, which she normally didn't do.
thanks, Jacula! :-) *sigh of relief* I thought I was even more confuseder than normal!
dont' find the al 5 /14 though
oh feather, I am glad she is noticing you need comfort. I suspect she needs it too. {{hugs kitty}}
my typing is crappy tonight
i know, i've been wondering what she's thinking.
li 5/12?
oh! the al 5 looks like a girls' name, mohammed al* + russian for "I/me" (three point letter + vowel)
got it ty
feather - animals are more alert to emotions than we give them credit for. My dog was a great comfort to me in times of emotional need.
EN 6 please?
i think you're right jac
[less than 100 to go...]
hi, again, all!
Maybe, because they have less 'trivia' and 'whatifs' going on in their heads, they can tune in more easily than humans can. No, actually, I think humans DO tune in very quickly but perhaps doin't have the time or the 'botheration' (I made that word up, but you know what I mean) to stop and help.
en + the thing on the end of your dog that wads
hi pam
opps wags
thanks knitter... *thinking again*
TNC!
hi pam
Hi again, pam.
hi pam
Hi, Natasha, Jac, and all
how are you pam?
and feather
WOO-HOO! that led me to the NINE! *happy happy dance*
thanks, ak!
there's a nine?
yay, stid
woof woof
stid - well done.
yep, but it is a pretty easy one pam
aknitter - why is your sheep barking?
rock on - thanks, stid!
does anybody have a recommendation for a good photo printer?
ok, tnc, I wish I were FAB, but I am so much better, as Natasha, Dorens, and Scrabbler told me I would be when I started leaning on you all 4 months ago
no reason i suppose
LOL, ak.
I'm so glad to hear that, Pam!
is it hard tonight
i got the en8...
thanks, tnc
good for you Pam
not "hard" so much a long, e_gurl...
go pam go!
add an s, Pam!
I now want some karma to work on "them" but I am not sure we are permitted to see those outcomes, you know?
duh, thanks tnc
I think it's hard too -- lots of obscure words
you are all so very supportive...
feather - I've just bought an HP Photosmart 2575. That's pretty good, and you can even use special inks that won't fade for a century. Cost £120.99 over here.
de 6/24 please
it will eventually come around pam, but you're right we don't always know how or when.
hi, jilli
understand, pam. but sometimes, we are better off not knowing!
feather... did I just hear you ask about printers?
hi pam -- good to see you
true, natasha and tnc
Crackers just got his pants off and is running around in just his oneie, wanting to use the potty! But, it is all just a game for him - driving me bonkers!
I may be luckier than some in that i still volunteer with my ex and her new gal, a former friend of mine
yes pappa! i want something to print my photos with, that will do good 8x10s, and b&w
I did have the satisfaction of an ex coming back to me a few years later to say "I was so full of sh** when I told you why I was leaving--the truth was I was in denial and made up the prettiest story"
Hey, smooth!
so the wicket is sticky, however, the organization is virtual
hi guys
you are KIDDING, natasha?!!!!!!!! OMG
feather - did you see my post about my new Hewlett Packard printer?
hey smooth
Hi, smooth
hi pappa! how goes?
it goes! it looks like we may finally get some snow tonight!@ :-D
thanks jac, i had missed it, flipping back and forth between tabs here!
nope, not kidding pam. I almost fell over.
snow would be good, provide a buffer for the plants from the chill!
it flirted with us last night, leaving only a bit... but we may get a decent fall tonight
Nat - my 'ex' did something like that and then tried to say that, despite the break and all of the damage, we'd spend our old age together. I don't think so!
I wish we would get some snow, as it is too cold for snow right now and our pipes froze night before last in our master bathroom!
wow, jac and tnc
ooooh, still a bit of denial there, eh Jac?
i want snow, too
you all can have the snow....blah
I don't know what we do different here, but pipes just don't freeze... even in the -20 temps we can get. Must be better insulation, or more of it
yes, but aren't you the one, natasha, who hates snow and cold yet always lives in colder climes?
Thanks Nat, I'll take your share
we've got snow and it's staying -- melting a bit if the sun comes out
de6/24 - first 3 letters of Christmas month + personal pronoun + French masculine definite article.
I don't much like the snow, but it is better than subzero weather!
pappa, what do you recommend for printers? i want something for 8x10s and b&w along with color and smaller prints
I like them both TnC. :)
LOL pam, yes that's me. I don't actually mind a bit of snow, but smooth is hoping for several feet
and jac, i'm checking out your rec.
lol... you've got that right, nat. lol
ty jac -- got it
ROFL, natasha
give me just a sec, feather
I'm never going to finish, I am too involved in chatting - I miss being here!
feather - smooth, being a professional photographer, will probably give you the best recommendation.
hehe, that's why i'm waiting with bated breath to see what he says!
my dad's name is in the grid... LOL there's a hint if you know his name!
LOL, feather. What he says, might leave your bank balance red. LOL.
de4/9 - stid?
bated breath??? ewwuuuu passes out altoids
ehh, i know, but after years of totally sucky printers, i'm ready to spend a bit more
nope, not that one, Jac!
lol, thanks knitter
how about ta 4/8 stid?
bated breath is far nicer than 'baited' breath, like you sometimes see posted. LOL.
is his name a babble word?
And we have missed you, too, TNC
ey4/6, stid?
altoid?
I would reccomend a canon brand printer. They span several price ranges, and deliver great quality. For $150-ish price range, canon has the ip6220d
i can't find the ey word grrrrrrrrrrrrrr
i think i had just learned recently that "bated" is the correct version...or i may just be making things up
LOL -- think European country, name deriving from original tribe...
Smooth - I was going to go for a Canon, since it would last longer than 3 years. However, my son said the software is clunky.
the Canon Pixma MP830 was the one i was looking at actually....top of consumer report's ratings
thanks, Pam
feather I just bought a"Kodak Easy Share"g600 and we love it ! The pictures and colors are wonderful and they are dry and they don't fade.
ke4/8, stid? English county?
canon does have many different models. The mp830, would be a great one. I wasn't sure what sort of budget you are looking at, but that gives me a good idea
Jac- see my 8:21 post...
lol, well, i've spent a good bit on my digital rebel xt, and a new lens for christmas....why not go for broke???
literally....
epson also makes some great ones... another question is if you want a printer that can do photos, or a dedicated photo printer
i have afreebie epson that came with my mactop in an offer, i honestly wouldn't know a good printer from a great one with my vision, though, LOL
fr5/24, stid?
not sure pappa....i don't really print very much at home as far as documents and such
ooh the xct? that's my main camera! what lens did you get?
*XT*
yep Jac, that one.
but then, i like the all in ones with scanners
ooops,.reminds me, I need black ink, lol (It woudn't print without that one in place. bummer, the old one at work does)
AH! The honest man, stid.
those won't get you the best prints, however. For great quality, you'd want a dedicated photo printer. But it really depends on how serious you are.
sigma 28-300mm
that's a good versitle lens!
My hero, Mr. Ifield, the Aussie singer from the 60s. He was my first pin-up! I had a pic from the newspaper tacked to the inside of my toy cupboard.
LOL
i love it so far! i did a lot of research when picking it
Epson printers don't have a good track record for lasting.
you might want to look at the Sony DPPEX50]
good night all
that's a good point jac.
no, they don't, jac, but it was free, and I rarely print at home, so...
as i'm starting to do now with printers. i'm a semi-serious amateur...how's that? lol! seriously, i already have a wall of the black and white photos i took in college as the focal point of my living room...i'd like to print pictures worthy of hanging in the rest of the house
i'd still put my money on canon, though...
i have an epson picturemate, for the little ones, but it's already being funny...printing a green ghost line, even though i changed cartridges
still 33 to go -- the chat is too distracting!
I agree with smooth re the Canon. My son's a computer nerd who is seriously addicted to peripherals not hogging computer space.
160 to go, jilli, LOLOL
rh5?
LOL pam!
feather, I know this might not be what you are looking for, but Economically, and quality wise, you might want to just find a local pro lab. That's what I do... and you can still get 8x10s for a couple of bucks, without buing a printer, ink, and paper... and those will be coming from high quality printers, not ink based, but rather chemical based
check this out... http://im1.shutterfly.com/procs erv/47b6d931b3127cce8a9a80dc7442000000 26108BcsWrlm4ao that's my photo wall
Canon is a good, reliable make.
Good evening babblers
rh + sometime vowel + short for thanks
hello Enci, 266 words today.... (just in case)
thanks Jill! you jsut *knew* I was gonna need that, didn't you? ;-)
hmm....that's a thought. i could just get a basic, not super expensive all in one, which i need anyway, and save my money for the 8x10s at the camera shop
very nice feather.
yes- I am playing for distraction I think- I am unlikely to get fireworks this late in the day :)
ha, and that's my living room as it NEVER looks anymore. visualize a rug of toys now...
Yes, feather. You could. Depends how many you want to print, I guess.
thanks jilli
stid - I have the Seattle NBC news on and they're talking about more snow on Tuesday, ugh!
you know ferather, even larger sizes at a good lab aren't too much. It depends on the quality of the lab, though...
yw
Anyone still need any clues for grid words?
oh no! I am so tired of slippery roads, I worry every time Tom drives on them...
what city do you live in? I might be able to find a good lab for you quickly
hi, enci
binghamton, ny. tuthill's is the shop i'm thinking of...
As long as my hot flushes (or 'flashes' you you over the pond) continue, I won't be going upstairs.
Hi Pam!
Do they keep you awake, Jac?
feather, hate to break it to you now that it's too late, but you know there's a sort of logarithmic progression on that? First child = toys on floor; second child = "wall o' toys"; third child (which we don't have to worry about) = "can't get the door closed/open toys"
lol, thanks stid! so encouraging!
stid - have you tried the teenaged version of that yet? Same, but worse + 3 lots of loud music you can't stand.
feather -- we used to do a lot of travelling in the east to dog shows and sometimes passed through Binghamton. My funny late hubby just couldn't get his togue around that name and we called it Biniginginghamton
un 8/50 please, last word
good call, feather, tuthill's is the one I keep coming up with too. lol
lmao jilli! cute!
it's good to be confirmed, thanks pappa!
jac and stid - you aren't giving me much hope for the future!
and it looks like they have the convenience of online uploading and ordering, so all you have to do is pick them up.
{{{Tea}}} there there, but you see we survived it... *twitch twitch*
*twitch*
give up now tea. my kids are currently into making props for their various games (mostly about greek gods) and I keep finding little piles of snipped up paper and tape all around the haouse
you guys should try pronouncing some of the other local names...native american origins around here. the susquehana river is the main river, then there's the finger lakes region, with taughannock state park, etc
lololol, natasha
kuns
carlir -un8/50 was my last word, too, some hours ago. Best way I can describe it is 'not wearing a corset'. Or un + opposite of departed.
luns
what the heck am I typing? LOLOL
not exactly, pam!
oh, that's cool about the online ordering!
heh... we've go the smae here feather... but different triibs, so a little different saunding... things like chequamagon (pronounced like an sh, and with a silent Q lol) or Ashwaubenon
thanks, I already have a bit of the twitch!
Oconomowoc
TY, Jacula. FIREWORKS
oh, that's a fun one!
YAY carlir!
yow, smoooth! And I thought Tsawwassen was weird!
Just saw the weather forecast - 11 degrees tonight and no snow for at least a week. ugh!
lol
feather - if you think those words are hard, try Welsh, Cornish, Irish or Scottish. LOL.
what is the link you're using pappa? i'm having trouble finding them
Congrats, carlir!
no thank you! i can at least attempt the native american ones...i've seen a few welsh ones that i don't know where to begin!
Sioban, for instance. A girl's name. An Irish name. Pronounced Chevaun.
https://tuthillsphoto.lifepics.com/net /Default.aspx
Yay Carlir!
thank you
It's another spelling for Jane, btw. Sian, in Welsh.
the thing about poor old Binghamton is that it's just a simple English word but my otherwise perfectly articulate hubby Trevor had a block somewhere!
i know that one jac! i had a friend in college with that name
I am down to 35 back later maybe, but met my three main goals, so happy. See you later!
night stid!
jac, we have a local columnist here by that name and she has done mamny a column on the pronunciation, but I did not know it was Jane!
Well done, carlir!
bye, stiddy!
nite stid
see you stid
See, guys -- stid has just about caught up with my 33 where I have been stalled for ages because of the chat -- but she can multitask
bye, stid
hehheh, now maybe I can sneak ahead of stid, hehheh...
I've only gotten 40 in the last hour
TnC, that sounds pretty good to me!
jilli - my Dad could never say the word 'funeral'. He always ended up saying fruneral.
I can multitask, jilli. Though I am tiree but too hot now. I'll help you, if I can.
then there's my favorite of the finger lakes: skaneateles. pronounced: skinny-atlas
actually feher, I gave you too much link. lol their main page ios here: http://www.tuthillsphoto.com/index.htm l
bbl
bye pam
bye, pam - good to "see" you!
lol, see, i had just saved it, and was going to look at it later, after i finished figuring out how to spell skaneateles, etc.
HA!
thanks so much for the help pappa. i'm heading out everyone, night!
night feather
night feather, good luck with the choices
night, feather!
Try this, feather. English upper-class surname, Fanshaw. It is pronounced 'featherstonehaugh' (the haugh part being pronounced 'haw') so, Fanshaw is feather stone haw.
what? how can that be jac?
any clue for the ca6?
any clue for the ca6?
sorry for the dupe
Nat - it just IS! *shrugs*
hi everyone
hi hk
hey hk
ca6/30 = an Indian tribe now living in Oregon, USA. ca + sometimes vowel + 'to utilise'.
I'm getting a bit ta6/33

I'd hate to actually try to say that. LOL.
helen, your icon is beautiful but sad
Hell, I wish I had thought of that for my icon.
jili - yes, that's exactly what i thought too, beautiful but sad
hk -
Nice and clean and well-kept, though. Far better than the forgotten and neglectd graveyards often seen.
hk - I just read your profile - I am sorry for your loss :(
ty tea - it's been a rough go
T&C - read the Chicago Uni's link to her stepson. He was such a lovely man and you must listen to the hippo song.
Hi all! firewords...finally
if it will make me cry, I can't!
yay, lbd
Well done, lbd. And, Hi!
I didn't think i'd finish tonight. thanks for everyone's clues. they sure helped
wd lbd!
YAY lbd!!!
T&C - It might make you cry, but it might make you smile and laugh more. That's what Hell's stepson brought to people. Laughter, kindness, gentleness and firmness, when needed.
good job dawg!
what time did the grid finally flip?
From what I have read. Never met him. Wish I had!
thanks, jac - I will check it out.
60 Minutes is doing Seattle weather...
lbd, for me the flip happened right on time but others had to refresh
yes jacula - someone from babble who read the web site sent me an e-mail saying he was like a diamond, rare & precious - that meant do much to me
*so*
un8?
19 to go
greetings babblers!! I lack two to fireworks and am desperate for help. Could someone please clue the second fe 5/18?

thanks lb
fe+ 5th vowel + first two letters of what a pirate says **gh.
Nat - un8 - without a corset. Or un + opposite of left. (As in didn't remain.)
(((jac))) you're such a sweetie
hi all.
Hi Autumn
Thx lbdawger I also need fe 6/30 please.
Thx lbdawger I also need fe 6/30 please.
2nd fe5/18, SMD = French fire + first 2 letters of King of Camelot's name.
plural smd
bum steer -- the Seattle CBS outlet has pre-empted 60 Minutes for a local program about a storm season
we are watching America's Funniest Videos and Crackers (who is 18 months) is laughing hysterically!
i bet you can't help but smile and laugh with him! nothing like kids laughing.
his laughing is funnier than the show
I remember that, T&C.
fireworks
Hell - have we exchanged sn5/10 mail addresses yet?
yay, Natasha!
wd nat !
My memory! Awful, short term, these days!
boogety, boogety, boom!! Fireworks!! Thanks very much ibdawger!!
Well done, SMD.
I can't believe that Seattle station dumping 60 Minutes! (for the Britsw, that may be like dumping something like Panorama for Cornwall weather reports)
jac - yes - & i sent you one a couple of days ago & you were going to send me the nazi poem (nudge, nudge, still waiting)
yay, SMDNJV!
whoo hoo Natasha and SMD
ok, I must go do something productive before bed
wd smd !
I wonder if there was something on 60 Minutes that offended somebody
Thank you, thank you, thank you!! I could not have done it without help!!
Ah! Yes, Hell. That poem was done, with illustrations, on my old word pocessor. The floppy disks don't seem to read to modern PC without corruption. I'll sort it out and send it to you within the next week.
nazi poem? I have a copy of a booklet called Struwwelhitler..
jili - it was something from an earlier conversation - something that jac wrote herself
Jilli - a better contrast for that might be dumping Coronation Street until 10.30pm or later for the football.
oh well, I'm talking to myself and had better get back to babbling (oxymoron?0
EH, jilli?
well yes, jac, and I'm a Corrie devotee but you see babbling has even been getting in the way of that.
Slow connection there, I guess.
mixed up threads, I think
Think I'd better go eat :-/
Tracey has stabbed Charlie at last, jilli. I didn't see her do it, I was busy when that episode aired. But I read the TV guide. I also caught her, briefly, at the end of tonight's episode, playing the beside herself with grief partner in front of her family and then whispering in his hear, when they were alone, 'Who's the loser now then, eh? You've lost it, Charlie, You are NOTHING!' Weird lady! Weird guy!
I am really not sure about this particular story line. It's not one I would have pursued for this particular series.
my last word-- ta 5/14, please.
It sounds more like something I would write in one of my unfinished novels, but not like a Corrie story line.
Hey, Jac! here in Canada we're 9 months behind the UK!!! Mike has just died but I missed how -- knew he had Alzheimer's but what happened? Glad to hear the charming Tracy stabbed the charming Charlie though -- will look forward to the buildup
Shannon - ta5/14 is is plant with little yellow heads. Rhymes with a flower with a face? pa***
Sorry for being a plot buster, jilli!:(
Tea just told me that she bungled up Crackers (she just wrapped him up in a blanket)
'Sawright, Jac -- sometimes we go to CSVU and sneak ahead for spoilers when we can't stand the suspense. And the Tracy-Charlie weirdness qualifies!
tea - your kids sound adorable! a regular barrel of laughs
so how did Mike die? (Sorry, non-Corrie fans)
they stress me out sometimes, but they are so worth it!
Mike just kinda keled over in the snow and guess who was with him in his dying moments, jilli? Yes, you've guessed it, Ken! Deirdrie was in the background, displaying her sickening corded neck as usual.
jili- go for it - god knows you've suffered through enough big brother episodes here
finally. That took me a while. Thanks for all your help.
yay, Shannon
wd shannon !
hahaha, Jac -- the corded neck! The other day I was watching an opera singer with the same thing -- a real put-off!
I made me think of Dreary!
Mike, jilli, had spent a night out in a park or somewhere in the dark and the rain. He made it back to Coronation Street somehow and then died.
Not a great end.
thanks for the update, Jac -- now I MUST go and eat -- 16 left which I may be able to get before the flip
As far as Corrie is concerned re directors who want rid of characters and writers that have to achive those aims... I'm gld I didn't accept the offer to be on the panel of writers.
Well, Jac -- at least it was a mercifully quick end for someone with that sad Long Goodbye.
whoo hoo Shannon!
If, some day, they once again accept episodes from writer who have porven they know their Corrie history, but don't have to sit on that silly panel, then I will reconsider.
Wow, Jac!!! You could have been a Corrie writer?
Yes, jilli. That's not sao strange for a UK writer and lifelong watcher. LOL.
Today's TV 'ethics' mean that non-selling characters often have to undego totallly unrealistic personality changes.
I hav a problem with that.
I've been wondering what was going on with getting rid of so many of the regulars (I've been given some news about future - to us - demises, like Fred and who else -- don't tell me) and gather it is to grab the young crowd. So they are being stupid in getting rid of the people who have the money to suppoort the commercials which I assume Granada has?
any clues for either of the ae words?
jilli - it's all about money, not integrity, these days. That's why I don't often write stuff any more.
Bah, humbug, Jac, and a pox on them
ae5 - cup formd rust fungi on fruit trees.
like what one might have done at a spa minus the f.
ae6/21 describes that.
ae + Criminal Investigation erm Agency.
Quint -- the ae words are almost the same -- ae + US intelligence group and a consonant added for the 6
thanks
OK, I'm going for supper! Back later
Jilli - I agree with you wholeheartedly.
'Bye, jilli.
bye jili
later jilli
bye jilli
enjoy your supper Jill
'wholeheartedly' would be a damned good Babble score, should it ever appear in a grid!
wocka wocka jac - that would be a good one!
wh13/250, I think.
But, I am crap at maths and so don't do Iron Sudokuh and so may be wrong.
words are my 'thing'.
As I am sure others have mentioned before Jac, Sudoku doesn't have a damn thing to so with math.
it is strictly patterns. You could sub A-I for 1-9 and still do it.
BJ - yes, I have seen that. It's all to do with logic, Not my logic at present though.:(
this is true,bj
sudoku is also played with letters
all of which doesn't make it any easier....
But the patterns thing, I could cite for people trying to draw things from something they are copying.
i do the easy and medium sudoku's at web.sudoku. Iron Sudoku is too damned hard for me even on the easy days.
bj - do you use the greens/reds?
For instance, I found a simple (I thought) logo for my step daughter's homework earlier. She tried to draw it but somehow got most of the lines in the wrong places.
That's a minds eye thing Jac. I can't draw because my focus is too tight. I see the end of the pencil, but can't see where it is going and where it has been.
In the end, I did it for her and then counselled her about the 2 different colours to use. Until she used them, on the drawing I had made, she could not see the end result - a runnner. (She was designing a top for a marathon.)
i've tried the greens/reds thing and the puzzles are just too darn hard.
bj, i play the easy on websudoku try to beat my times
and i work with computers and programming. Boolean logic was never my forte. Brute force and ignorance are my favored methods.... I leave the elegant logic state machines for twisted minds...
That's interesting, BJ, re the pencil's end and beginning. I just see the lines naturallly. I guess that is what mathemticians re problems.
try drawing whilst looking thru a toilet paper roll. It doesn't work....
yay fireworks!
Congrats, dan2bit!
wd dan !
YAY dan2!
In the end, we found her what I thought was a simple running man on the Net. He had some stuff behind him, for this club etc., but I could blank that out and just see the runner. I did that re the extra lines for step daughter on the printout, but she still didn't 'get it' until she coloured the pic I had drawn in,
river nymph had me stumped for quite a while
LB, I don't actually use the site. I screensaved a bunch of easy and mediums and print them off with three of each to the page. I use them for bathroom reading material. Been using the same two pages for 8 months now. That's one of the things i like about sudoku. You can do the same dratted puzzles over and over again without being able to memorise them.
thanks dan. needed that one.
There again, a few adjustments needed to be made tp said pic. A bend here, a flare out there.
hey ya'll
hey nut
BJ - amI talking to myself? LOL
Hiya, nut.
So, who's assignment was this drawing?
hi utter-nutter!
stiddermansky

hiya rennie! how goes the nursing?
stid!!!! - we're about to get that cold weather you have had!!!
hey ya helen...paid nursing is the best
40 degrees here, too warm for wood, too cold for no heat
so I hear, ren! do you have enough cocoa and blankets?
this is the gulf coast - we don;t need no stinking 12 degrees F
don;t even have a heater!
Your weather stinks?
BRab - my stepdaughter's. I wanted her to do it for herself. She diddd not seem to be able to. So, I found what i thought was a simple draweing and got her to draw it. It was all over the place. I then drew my version in rough for her, and tweked the net printing draing to show what I had done. She didn't manage to draw it all in the right place in the end and pleaded with me to do it for her. I ony agreed to do so after some persuasion, but just gave her the basic outline and told her to colour it in as I had earlier directed her to do; one light and one darker. She did do that and could then see the runner in the pic/
no ren, you need the third degree!! he he he
Hi Stid, Hi Rennie, Hi Nutty, Hi BabbleRabble
like the badges rab...we don't need no stinking cold weather
hahahhahaah nutty buddy!!!

the driver's insurance is taking care of all the medical bills
Oh dear! He really should not have tangled with that SUV. Incidentally, where does the fault lie there?
Ah, you just told me.
with the other person - she was cited as at fault
Doesn't make things better though, except that he maybe can't loxk kitchen.

heya lib
hi ren!
I guess better than half baked?
stuffed potates Jac....
they taste yummy - you bake the idaho bakers, scoop out the potatoe, mix up the butter, cheese and sour cream then re stuff the potato skin and bake some more
works best with russets. New and yukon golds don't work very well.
right brandy
BJ - OPh right, I get it now. But I can just dig them up and not buy them??
i think i'm gonna be off myself
I canna make them. Womenfolk around here are all on weight watchers. I'd get skinned and stuffed into my own oven...
Maris Piper or Kin Edward's PI.
If you are growing russets (most people don't).
Jacket potatoes are healthly diet options. It just depends what you choose to stuff them with.
i wasn;t being healthy - i was being hungry - i had to do outside work today
I don't think sour cream, butter, bacon bits or cheeses count as healthy...... Tasty, but not healthy. Chives are healthy....
Hi protein, low carbohydratee diet worked for me in 70s. However, it is not considered healthy now.
you are right brandy- but it sure was yummy
I don't have a weight problem (much) so I don't pay much attention to it. I just daren't risk making the things.... Eating them is good for me, making them isn't....
I couldn't eat potatoes or bread for 12 months. It worked! but all my friends thought I was anorexic, especially when I lost the weight an started eating again but just kept kept getting skinnier for 6 months.
I think the answe is 'have everything in moderation'.
ae 5/12 & 6/21 please
I'm off to cuddle up to mu cuddly chap right now. Maybe we are both a bit too 'cuddly' right now, Sane answer is keep your bodyweight within healthy boundaries, but don't be afraid to indulge or even overindulge every nw and again.
ae + intell agency, 6 add a consonant
nite mistress!
ae5 = ae + Criminal Investigation + vowel
Nite, ren.xxx

Oh, we love it... and have been here now for 13 months... the architecture is phenomenal, and the folks are mostly old hippies who are determined to save the Earth... not that that's a bad thing.. but loads of organic foods and wonderful folks.
OH!!!
Scarlet -- sounds like where I live -- similar climate too
where were you before, Scarlet?
my favorite word today was an5/20
Sometimes life holds a few surprises up her sleeves. Well, 'nite all, and see you tomorrow. Oh, Jili, all over the United States, Central America, lived in Venezuela for two years (during the Bay of Pigs incident) and some islands. Funny, we settled here... but it was to be close to the grandchildren.
ewww -- poor elephants!
actually, i'm quite fond of ca6/30 also, i guess it's a tie for those two.
night, scarlet!
see you later scarlet!
Hik
Bye, FranMag and jillibus.
ca6/30 -- isn't there a song about "my ca^/30" with a different meaning for the word?
Hi, FranMag...stumped on your favoirite word...any clues...an 5/20
googled it -- an Indian pony (ca6/30)
nana, an5/20, an + ***tard (a creamy dessert) but change to the consonant to a different one.
Ooooo...tyvm!
okay, i re-read the an5/20 def and it's not my favorite word anymore
definitely ca6/30 though.

Wonder if poop would be a valid word?
it is
of course I would have to use an Englsih accent for that spelling
fa + vowel + western state abbrev.
fa + 2nd vowel + SW state
I think so, as in poop deck?
or west coast state
ty
Ah so liba
fa 5/22?
