Yes, he put disc spacers in to relieve the pressure and the plate on to hold them in place. All I have is a little scar on the front of my neck.

erm, it really depends. charging by the hour is usually not possible, because artists always put in more hours than they should! I suppose its more by size / design. A complicated big design = $XX, a small easy one = £X etc

Yes, I generally price things by size/complexity. And since I have absoutely no idea how much time I spend on anything all told, that would not be feasable. But commissions are always a different sort of thing.
and I do always have a "fudge factor". If I like someone / know someone can't afford what I would usually charge, they get it cheaper. I'd rather do something than stick on the prices

I have never worked in a nursing home, but I do orthopedic surgery and the atrophy I see is wasting. I could understand that the bone may be protruding from the at7 but I have not noticed hardening of the muscle mass
I've seen some so bad you could not move the arm or leg, it was stuck in position. very sad, from not being put through range of motion exercises.
Maybe we are discussing contraction of the muscles with at7

i went on WW after daniel was a year old and lost 35 lbs. it was hard, because i wasn't nursing any more, so didn't get allowed the extra calories that i am now! i did a lot of "light" foods to help cut calories
