i realised she must be in one of the bigger hospitals , not so far from me and asked her if she would like a visit
so she gave me the room number and then last night when i mentioned it herin gave me a different room number but i went to the one given me
popped my head in the door and said something like i'm andree, pronounced diffrently to written word and she was on the phone looked blank so i dashed off thinking it was the other number
we're all waiting here with baited breath....
there was an old lady in that room so iwas standing outside wrong room and one of the nurses asked me the name of the patient i was looking for
and i said i don't know, it was hilarious

they thought i was nuts, then mrp came flying out of the room i first went into, had just realised who i was

gave me a hug and we went on from there, she is such a darling it was lovely to meet her

I lost 60 lbs from '91-'92, then slowly gained it back during a series of 4 abd/pelvic operations from '98-'03. The '03 surgery invloved removal of ovaries, so instant menopause turned my metabolism into that of a rock.

menopause (the regular, gradual kind) totally messed with my metabolism. like 180 degrees

Min, I wrote a long explanation a while ago but didn't realise it was going into a blank. My icon doesn't match Nimh because I changed it for TempleOwl, who had missed it and I thought she would enjoy it, which she did. It was there for the Tribal Art theme the day before Nimh, and is a sample of Inuit Graphic Art called Enchanted Owl -- I guess you missed it too!
