I always went to camp as a youngster (not a fancy one, mind you) and one year we slept in a tent. I remember that as a fun time, esp. during storms, then it was truly beautiful.

BFs jeep broke down on saturday...right in the middle of all of our plans + we were about 45 minutes away from home. his brother came out to get us + it was a whole ordeal to get it towed (because of course it waited until after 6:00 on saturday to break down, when everything is closed) ended up taking over 4 hours of our day away!!

we were driving alone just fine, then alluva sudden when he went to change gears, he said it just wasnt catching the gears. then it stalled out. he was able to get it restarted + it was idling fine for a while, so we thought we would try to get home, but a few miles later, the same thing happened again -- gears wouldnt catch, then it stalled out and died. couldnt get it started again after that.
neither did i madi i had to go out.

We're just heading down to Oregon. We're going to vacation at my parent's house while they are overseas and then take some side trips for a few days/nights camping and and then to the coast on the way home (yep, staying at my parents=free lodging and a break too)
