I am getting pretty tired of my body, if I am allowed to moan for a sec. First my pelvic etc damaged. Then I lost feeling in my feet and was told it is nerve damage from always putting stress on them while sitting in wrong positions. And now my hands start aching and swelling up. It is probably nothing, but MAN can't it just STOP here??

well, I think that when I sit still and don't move around, then those limbs start to hurt and swell.
Can you put a gentle compression bandage on the sore arm and just move it gently every 15 or 30 minutes?

I would watch carefully, sprite, to be sure the fingers/arm below the bandage don't swell worse...
not that I remember. Started out of nowhere, yesterday. Couldn't use my middle finger (Lori, stay put) without a lot of pain, and now it has spread.
I hope it helps, though. I know that this last week after I got a sort of "shin splints" in one arm from overusing my crutches it seemed out of the blue, but really wasn't and I saw the bruises days after it started to hurt.

I am much better now sprite. I can walk again, and the arm is very much improved. I am still taking it VERY easy. Tom insists that I not jump back in to normal lifting-carrying mode.

not a medical person but i had a lump in the middle of my palm after i had impaled my hand with a wooden stake it was after the surgery and the surgeon said that the body would of formed the lump due to the impaling

nope - that's the funny thing. my iron is fine. the blood count always makes it look like it's not. strange. i take folic acid, the constant removal of the bad blood cells enlarges your spleen, so if i get into a car accident that will be the first to go, the folic acid will help.
