jilli, it is just the usual... only this time, I have been pushed to the brink cause there is no clear explaination as to why she is so so sick after getting a virus.... FOR OVER 2 WEEKS! This has been going on for about 3 years now. And the school sent out an officer to check on her on Thursday. I was absolutely livid!!!
She has an immune disorder only when she gets a virus, not a bacteria.
have they checked for amoebas?
My brother as sick on and off for a long time and they found a infection in his blood. He had to have IV's but it cleared once they knew what it was
a bacterium. Bacteria is the plural. I had to learn that too, when I took bacteriology, lol!
they are doing that dcs, they are doing bloody everything! She has had so much blood drawn....

Depends on the card. But most of them require you to spend the whole thing via the card. That way they get extra money if you only have $1.50 left on the card and you pay the rest in cash.

many of you know that tertiares' best friend, Nikki, was diagnosed with cancer, and had surgery recently. It looks like all went very well, and all of her latest bone, lung, stomach, and marrow scans can back clean and clear. It is an absolute answer to prayer!

thanks crossy. Children's Hospital in Boston is either the happiest or the scariest place I have ever been. I swear, you go in there stressing over your child (or her best friend) and you leave thanking GOD you have yours, and not anyone else's

i am in the tv room in my jammies,trying to kill the nausea after a treatment,and this little ten year old blond haired girl comes in.you know the history already from the nurses.she has brain cancer and they cannot get to it and are trying a heavy does of chemo and her hair is just starting to come out.you make her stop crying about her hair by telling her it will all grow back,and she tells you how when this is all over she will learn to ride that horse,or go swimming or run around with her friends on the soccor field once again.i smile and pat her shoulder and wish her a good night and go back to my room knowing she will never leave this hospital.damn cancer! i had forgotten bout her till now..brb

I don't want to say too much, but she was just diagnosed with a major anxiety issue, and it is proving very hard to deal with. Mostly because she knows, and has been milking it like a cow at Hendries dairy

best way to defuse that is show her how many people deal with the same thing and are well adjusted and taking meds when they should.so that she is not using it as a lever or a barganing tool all the time

Right now Tertiare is battling him to not have to go there at noon on Christmas Day, but at the more preferred three o clock, so they can go to dinner at my moms', which they have done every year of their lives
My children always do much better if they get good positive touching, true connection and a chance to talk.
