thanks molls {hugs} and really..i am ok... i just have moments.. but honestly most of the time i am so happy...as in 95% of the time...I think its jsut that i spent so many years sooo incredibly down....now that i am mostly up...the down feels 100x more brutal than just existing down there

And it's okay to have some sad moments about missing your kids at Christmas. Just try not to get stuck there. All of your feelings are real and justified and as long as you can accept them and move through them you will be fine.
i rarely get "stuck" now... it takes up too much energy being sad... and i really dont have much to spare with my schedule...
i feel 10x more tired when i am sad... i just cant do that

often when I wake up it's tingly and hurts.. I guess numb might be the wrong word. Sometime it's both arms and it can last an hour or so. I wouldn't think I sleep funny on it as often as it happens and I don't know why it lasts so long . It hurts all the way up to my elbow

I thought it was a ho 4/5 since my mother used to think bright Christmas lights were tacky and hu 4/6 people's eyes Now she spends huge amounts of mo 5/12 and spends several ho 4/6s decorating. She decorates the ro4/7 and every ro 4/5. Not one area of the house is to4/5 of decorations. I wish that people could take a to4/5 of my mom's house to see all of her decorations.
