i did this last night, lay in bed watching the numbers change. gave up at 5:45am, after i rolled over and banged my knee against the other one.
i sleep with one of those long body pillow tween my knees now or the bursitis keeps me up.you just had knee work done did you not?

just Don, even when he's asleep. lol. i have a very small pillow which allows me to rest for short periods on my left side. problem is the quads attachment to my inner shin aches.
i would get one then sleep on your side with bad kneed facing upand body pillow tween yer legs
crossy, do you have a massage cream with arnica in it? arnica is very good for inflammatory sorts of aches and pains
i also used one years ago when i busted both legs

can highly recommend it, crossy. it kept me functioning through an 8 hour shift, until i could afford the time off.
try to put off the cortisone injections as long as possible. what they don't tell youis, that the cortisone softens the bones, and if surgery is required, you lose a lot more bone.

i was supposed to have arepeat arthroscopy and cortisone injections last november, but with the help of arnica and a good 4 way support bandage, made it through to june this year.

good news is, now that i have had the surgery, the pain in my other knee and both hips has gone. i can now walk for 25 minutes continuously without pain.

ours are here as well and we use but one pharmacy and they keep track also
we are nearly at that point here, crossy. mother mac only has 50% of one lung functioning. the other is completely defunct.
my mil is at 40% tween the 2 lungs
and STILL tries to sneak a smoke now and then
so how????....never mind....one assumes the professionals log into the computer or check the health records, right?

Yes and apparently sharing the kids 50/50. The kids must both be teenagers now? I am sure they will manage OK as long as the parents can get along..they have been through a lot over the time we have all known them so that will make them pretty resiliant

to top things off...i found out I am actually getting my father's ring..( was a ring my mum gave him when they were teens... is a nice cobachon ruby set in gold)... my father lef tme nothing... my step mother got everything ( i am an only child) ( he had a private twin engine 8 seater plane..) nothing for my kids...and she gave a "box of stuff" to my aunts... in it was the ring...they are giving me the ring... but my step mother... did not think I should have anything of my fathers
so...yes am happy about the ring... but the circumstances made me feel pretty crappy... it was a bad day..ok..done venting...

I named him Ru 4/5y. Ru 4/5y played a major ro4/4 in my life.I was so impressed with his no 4/5. He was so smart! I loved Ru4/5y & he loved me.We id4/5ized each other.He went everywhere with me like the de4/5 or Dunkin' Do6/24.Every night, Ru4/5y slept at the fo 4/7 of my bed & every morning he would ro 5/12 me out of bed with many face licks. I taught him some amazing tricks. I taught him how to play hi4/5 and seek.I taught him how to walk in a straight li4/4 with his eyes closed. He was able to si 4/7 through my laundry and separate the darks from the whites. We ate every meal together.After I ate a lo 4/4 of pork, my dog would chew on the bone.I have a great hi4/5ory with my dog. Th 4/5 one day Ru4/5y di4/6 after getting hit by a drunk driver.As he passed away,I shook my fi4/7 at God and yelled at him for taking my dog away from me. I was st 4/5ned how he was taken away from me in just a split second. I experienced terrible do6/24 when he passed away. I felt so alo4/4 and forlo4/4 when he was gone. The dinosaur park was awesome...completely geared to kids...water park and everthing...and it wasn't crowded. I loved the Beluga whales at the Mystic Aquarium...as well as the pizza at Mystic Pizza! And it was fascinating to go onto the USS Nautilus! Many highlights!

Tyson Lives here in Clermont, he trains at the same gym I do, and we had the hip surgeries within months of each other. THe Olympics were so badly timed, as he is not really recovered 100% but Bolt is I think better than him.
So You know, I really had some attachment to that race.
But Tyson lost gracefully, and he will be more recovered soon.
