I find Windows 8 very user unfriendly. When you have to get someone to show you how to find "Control Panel" and "Shut Down" that is user unfriendly.
i have fallen in love with the andriod operating system on my tablet,but it is a learning curve as you have to get used to doing things the easy way and untrain yourself from windows

Carm's mother-in-law lit the fuse earlier in the week and the TNT blew (literally) Saturday evening. When I left yesterday afternoon there had not been a single word said between the two of them. Could be a tad bit uncomfortable; hubby said he didn't want to go and I'm very sad

No matter what the lady just doesn't want to get past that the holiday is not about her and why everybody should "bow down" to all she does while she's here. Marlon stood up for carmon and tried for several hours to impress upon his mom that no one would think anything less of her if she didn't good a big extravagant meal and that we would all be just as happy with hamburgers and chips (which is definitely true given 90% of what she makes is things SHE likes and I "sample" tidbits because I have to.
Really, it was rather funny in a way; so much so that those of us caught in the living room snuck down to the play room where we could laugh and not be offensive.
It's so much easier to not observe days like this. We'll be staying home as is our custom and enjoying the quiet.

The line was long and it was hours before it even moved a little... Dr. Watshon who wasn't accustomed to waiting for anything finally got fed up and walked up to St. Peter and asked what the hold up was.. that he was the most famous Brain-surgeon in the world and why did he have to wait around
St. Peter said .. Dr. Watson.. up here in Heaven everyone is treated the same, so you'll have to wait in line and wait your turn.
So he goes back to his place in line.. and hours and hours later it's barely moved.. and all the sudden on this right this guy with a white doctor's coat and a stethiscope walks briskly by waves to Saint Peter and walks right in the gates.
That was a little tooooo much for Dr Watson so he charged up to Saint Peter and said.. I thought you said everyone up here is treated equally.. I saw that other Doctor just charge on by.. Saint Peter said: "Relax.. that was just God.. he likes to play Doctor sometimes"

I always te 5/10 her behind her back.There has been tension between me and my boss for awhile. She has an in5/10 idea th4/5 I want to take over her position. One day we got into a he 4/5ed argument and ha 4/6ed it out. The ne4/9 day, I fe 5/20ed an ailment. I ha4/5ed the thought of having to face her again. She ha 5/12 it when people call out sick, so I te4/9ed her and said I was sick just to spite her.I spent the day sh4/6ping instead. I think it would be really ne 4/4 if she resigned. Well th 4/5 is the end of my story of clues.I hope you found more words with ea 4/4 with th5/12 clues. I'm going to get out of this se 4/4 and go watch a movie. Gran Mere, seafood lasagna sounds delicious. What kind of cheese do you put in it?
We used parmesan, ricotta, and mozzarella. The sauce was store bought marinara (I usually make my own.)
That is definitely going on my "to make" list.
Cook for 45 minutes at about 350 and it is done. I love sharing good recipes that are easy to put together, and in this case there are left overs.

I make a very nice virgin eggnog for hubby who does not drink either. and for me a bottle of vodka has my name on it.
We get the silk eggnog (soy based) and add fresh nutmeg. usually. I like real home-made nog, but it takes longer to make it than to drink it!
yes it does but for me that is what the Holidays is for. doing thing you do not have time for the rest of the year. Hubby drinks store bought eggnog the rest of the season. I use pumpkin pie spice.
We made home-made stollen (I found a gluten-free recipe) and enjoyed that with the eggnog this evening. I'll make real eggnog tomorrow when presumably I have more energy. A constantly changing air pressure today sidelined me most of the day.

Home-made means I can leave out the candied orange peel (which I do not like) and add in the things I really love. Mine always has marzipan in the center.
