for those looking for a half decent internet news site,i recommend www.cnn.com.it is concise,a nice blend of printed story and video,well laid out and easy to use and most of all they do not go overboard with thigs.they just report the facts .they have a seperate section for opinions etc where things can be "blue skyed"

Here is how little the media researches their information. As soon as the names of the suspects were released, I did a Google search on one. Well that is interesting. It was originally reported that the uncle of the suspect, who has gotten a lot of press coverage today, was in Baltimore. Turns out he lives about 10 minutes from me.
We were at Dana Farber in Boston today. Got locked down. Made my quarterly check-up quick as there were only few patients. We got in before they shut down.
Lock down is frightening, but the safest thing in situations like this. We had massive lock down in the area the first day the DC Snipers struck.
I actually felt very safe

my take is that these young muslim youth are listening to umams who are radicals. they are inciting the young. i have hear before how the parents are so upset by their childrens acts. we have so many imams in the u.s. who are inciting. remember the man who shot and killed on an army base and he was a disciple of the imam in northern va? what i wonder is at what point do we lock up these imams? but then that is not freedom of speech. very tough tightrope we walk on.

we dont have guns. my son lived in the west bank of israel. his rabbis all told him he had to carry a gun. he refused. he had to train which he did, in case of war, but never carried a gun. he said he would be more afraid of an accident than he was of a terrorist. and i dont know of any stories of someone with a gun who saved others during a terror attack.
I don't think mental care is the answer to stop mass killings - who on earth is going to be able to identify them let alone get them to 'take' treatment. It would be easier to just lock up everty yound man aged 15 to 35 - they seem to be the ones that go on these sprees. That - and of course tightening all guns laws and permits.

One suspect has been pe 4/6anently eliminated after and inte5/10 showdown with cops and the other was captured.Now the FBI will probably try to pu 4/8 some more information from the suspect as they continue their investigation. Du4/6 it! Hubby wants the computer. He says I have ke4/9 the computer from him long enough. If I don't give it to him,he will er5/14 like a volcano. He always wre 4/9s my babble time. He is so ru4/6 when he kicks me off the computer.I did not edit my story so there might be some er5/10s. I am going to get off my ru4/6 and go watch "Revenge of the Ne4/s".
