I'm glad you cried....to hold it in wouldn't help anything at all for you. My daughter was 21 when the hell started. I know I gave my children too much. I made sure they had everything I did not. My mistake. And as for age, hon, I just don't know...I believe when the hormones start raging, we can expect most anything.

yeah, and my husband listened when I told him I didn't need criticism, but comfort. That he still was my partner, even though he was in hospital. So he comforted me and I him and that helped.

Her husband attacked me, in my wheelchair....tore the tendons in both arms, injured my roter cuff and had hughe hemotema (sp) from my shoulders to my elbows. I dialed 911 and I lost my whole family. This happened because she was born with two holes in her heart and I was afraid to cause her heart to stop. I'd had 2 strokes in '02 and she and her niece came here and begged me to move to CT where I would get rehabed and then she said she would bring me home....didn't happen. 3 doctors and 2 attorneys begged me to prosecute him.....because of her, I did not. I moved back here...to GA in '09 and although I don't have THAT stress, I just get through one day at a time. Oh, golly, I didn't mean to write a book here. Just know you are not alone...there are many agencies (if it comes to that) that will help you...even if it is just advice.

Not sure, Rose if i am honest...teenagers emotions can be very complicated...what we think are important issues do not seem to be the case for them...the triviel things in life still seem to be more important to them...how to handle that..i do not know...I have never swore or hit out at my parents when i was little..well never..that idea would never enter my head..it took me until i was about 18-19 when i could open up to my parents to speak about isues that were important to me...damn..parents have just phoned...they need me...will continue this some other time...Sory about that...love to you Sprite,Rose,Peach.

I once got a job (at Trader Joe's) because in my brief cover letter, I wrote "Pick me, pick me, pick me!" They really liked that, said it showed uniqueness, drive and spirit.
If you have already demonstrated that you have an excellent command of the English language, then I don't see a problem with throwing in 'I play well with others.' It's a refreshing change of pace from the typical blah, blah, blah.

Sorry, but it's life or death in this case.apparently it was on the Island of Reunion and she was unsupervised inan area she shouldn't have been because of sharks.5 metres from the beach.they are also saying that there is little shark fishing now as a toxin has been found in teh flesh of the sharks which is poisonous for us so the shark numbers have increased.it's like a Crossy titbit :)

I finally got my Frank to the dentist (he hates it and hadn't been for years); he came out with a referral to the oral surgeon and an urgent appointment tomorrow as he may have an abcess, which may require immediate fixing :-(
she is so sensitive that one .. and yet.. she doesn't have a problem showing us butt cheeks daily :D

give him some xanax or valium or what-not.... and lots of laughung gas sue... he'll be fine. dentristry has come a long long way since we were kids.... he should be pleasantly surprised, if he gets over the apprehension....has he been given anti-biotics for it?
not yet, Kate, as they don't know if there's an infection or not, although he was on antibiotics all the time he was getting chemo
and yes, he insists on laughing gas so I had to find a dentist who uses it - most in our town don't
Around here they have sedation dentists that will knock someone out to work on their teeth.
i've changed my dentist after 10 years because i can't get into the practice without husband because of loads of horrible little concrete steps, so the bairn and i go to a different one and i hate it. i don't feel comfortable and every time i go the same dentist says something different, as in treatment.it's get them in and out there, but my last one knew everything about us and us him.more family orientated and personal
... pre-medicate as well if he is fearful... the dentist can prescribe if needed. antibiotics usual for abscess... must get infection under control before work can be done.

right, he is scheduled for x-rays tomorrow that should sort out whether or not there is an abcess and then they will go from there

i used to have to take valium before i saw a dentist. one of my dentist's charged me £28 pound for 2 tablets. i could have got them for £4 on prescription at the time. this was about 19 years ago
And he really likes the dentist (which is good since I got him out of the yellow pages, after a lot of phone calls about laughing gas), don't know about the oral surgeon yet

the stunt driver of the original very dearly wanted to make a mini go completely around the tunnel. the movie production had 4 red, 4 blue and 4 white mini's. he destroyed 3 of each before they made him stop, saying they needed at least one of each colour.
