i know pugs. if things don't settle, emotionally, for me, i will go and see doctor. i'm pretty sure it is the up/down of pain levels which are contributing to how i feel. that and the drugs, although i'm not on the heavy-duty stuff yet.

What I refer to as "the internet bonanza" started to plateau and then bottomed out around 2009. Membership on all kinds of boards began to dwindle. I think the newness of the internet started to wear off on a lot of people.
It will be a beautiful summer weekend so I hope it will be a quiet weekend.
Parents obsess less about their kids when the weather is nice and they can be outside playing.

I'm with you, there Molly - sadly know some kids that rarely venture outside :(
That was never an option for my kids when they were younger. Outside time every day was mandatory. And I didn't really have to enforce that much, as that is where they preferred to play.

found him these great glyceryn tabs for diabetics at the pharmacy.you get 10 or 12 in a tube for under 5 dollars and you can keep them in car or purse or whatever and they are for emergencies when you bottom out in public and you need a safe thing to take to recover a bit
i lost a good friend to a hypoglemic episode. i talked with my endocrinologist about it - he knew i was scared about having lows while sleeping, so he took me off insulin and prescribed a new-ish medicine called Victoza that is also injectable, but does not cause glucose levels to plummet. So that, in addition to some oral meds I take and watching my carbs - controls it pretty well.

When I was younger I ro 4/5 in a car with some friends who were drinking&driving which wasn't a good id4/5. They played the radio so loud that it was de 6/30ing and they were speeding too.The cops tried to pull us over, but my friend managed to elu 4/5 the police. I fr4/11ned and told friends to slow down or we'd crash.Friends sl4/5red their words and accused me of being a party pooper and did not he4/6 my warning. My friend went onto the other si 4/5 of the road. Other driver had to beep their ho 4/5 to tell friend to get out of the way. The next thing I knew,I heard screeching of breaks ho4/9ing in my ears. I won't get into the lu 5/14 details of the crash,but I will say that I was the only one fortunate enough to survive the crash.Ever since then, I have sw5/18 off drinking and I'll also never ri4/5 with a drunk driver ever again!Husband is being me4/5 and ru 4/5.My husband is running his fo 4/8 mouth because he wants the computer.He has been in a do 4/6 mood ever since I started babbling. no golf today -- we were away with our entire family for 3 days - celebrating our 50th. Went to a mountain resort (17 of us) - no TV, no cell reception, no internet -- I think even the teens learned something about face to face communication! It was great and everyone had a good time, judging by the smiles.

The resort was very well set up (we took up 3 cabins) with a sauna, hot tub, pool, frisbee golf, bocci, horsehoes, croquet and lots of hiking trails so there was lots of things to do where everyone who wanted could participate.
