Kate, when I first came to BC I really missed the thunder/lightening storms, living in Victoria it was just drizzly - felt like it never got it out of the system

pugs, i was in pain. i couldn't feel it in my head, but my body could. i was nauseated, sweaty, and had a high BP. all related to pain.
i took a magnesium tablet, and sat for 15 minutes, then felt perfectly okay.
maybe you should tell your doctor this Rose---thats kind of dangerous
